I have ************* and my phone is still covered under their warranty. As is the case with Z fold phones the crease became damaged due to time and use. I requested service and I was told and was charged $1. At the service location the employee told me it was possible to fix my phone. When I picked up the phone I was told all went well. Later I noticed that I was charged an additional $99 to fix my phone. When I picked up my phone I was not made aware of this charge. I've tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company but to no avail. I was not asked or made aware of the charge prior to being charged the additional $99. I've read my contract and have not found where I would be charged any additional amount but it is possible I have misread or not found that information.Thank you

The service documentation shows specific prices for repairs, such as $29 for a cracked screen. When you bring the phone in with a cracked screen they then charge $99 because the phone was accidentally damaged. When I asked how else the screen would have cracked they did not know. Then I asked what I am supposed to say to get the $29 cracked screen replacement. They did not know. How else would the screen crack besides accidentally?So they put a fake replacement price of $29 when you purchase the warranty then charge everyone $99. It's still cheaper than full price screen replacement but this warranty scams you on the repair costs.Servify (US), Inc.

Had my insurance with this company and although they finally replaced my phone after a 99$ deductible and sending me a damaged phone .They sent me to IFixit phone repair services local here in ***** and they did not have the faceplate to fix it,so I had to mail order it,all in all it ran me about 300$ to 400$ in cash and gas money to replace my phone.After all is said and done they factory reset my phone and erased my esim so I don't have my esim or a network phone to use.I will be canceling the services and requesting a refund due to all the trouble .Servify (US), Inc.

I had an issue with my phone screen. I contacted ************ + (via Servify) and was directed to a local ********** dealer. They took care of me right away and replaced my phone screen at no cost. I was very pleased.Servify (US), Inc.
