    I am submitting this complaint to request your assistance regarding Oggvorep, LLC (Oggvo), located at ********************************************. I paid Oggvo two thousand dollars for services that were never delivered as promised, causing direct financial loss and damaging my online presence. From the outset, Oggvo assigned me to ***** *****, who claimed he would personally oversee my account; however, I was passed among other representatives who seldom communicated and failed to perform essential tasks, such as completing my ****** Business ******* my view, these actions violate the Texas Deceptive Trade PracticesConsumer Protection Act (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code 17.4117.63), which prohibits misleading claims and inadequate services. Since Oggvo operates in **********, I also believe they may be in breach of the Washington Consumer Protection Act (Chapter ***** RCW). Furthermore, Section 5 of the ************************ Act (15 U.S.C. 45) prohibits unfair or deceptive practices, and Oggvos pattern of broken commitments seems to fall under that category.Therefore, I request the following resolutions: First, immediate termination of any contractual obligations without penalty; second, a full refund of the two thousand dollars I paid for undelivered services. If Oggvo refuses to comply, I will consider pursuing legal action and contacting additional consumer protection agencies to recover my losses and prevent future harm to other customers.I am providing this complaint in good faith and remain willing to share invoices, email exchanges, and other pertinent materials demonstrating Oggvos failure to uphold their obligations. Your mediation is greatly appreciated, and I hope to resolve this dispute promptly.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

    A *** named *** from this company sold me a service and didnt honor what they promised me. They flat out lied! They promised me they would handle getting reviews without telling me its primarily based on my contact list, me doing the work and once that is done there is not much left for them to do for them to continue to be as effective. Plus *** said they will make sure I am happy and satisfied. Thats obviously another lie! They made it sound like they do all the work and then after being locked into a contract for a year, you find out you have to do all the work and the system is not as effective after your contact list get bothered several times and most of them couldnt even use the system because its too difficult. Which I can prove I was told by several of my contacts. They also told me they wont have to sign in at each platform to leave the reviews and it goes to multiple platforms automatically. That was also a big fat lie! *** gave me a sales pitch stating how great they are and what they did for an agent in ******************** which I believe I was also most likey a lie as well. I also put a bad review on them and they didnt allow it to go through. This is a very poor experience and the only acceptable solution to me is they cancel my contract and refund what they just charged me for from the last three months till they cancel. Its horrible that a company can get away with doing this by locking very unstatisfied customers in to a contract after they been lied to. Whats worse is when I was having problems because *** lied to me he wouldnt take my phone calls even after he lied yo me saying he would make sure I waa satisfied. Please request all the recorded calls with *** in the sales department so you too can hear how they lied to me.

    After completing on boarding with ***, *******, I was not contacted by anyone for two months. I was told I would be set up with an advisor going forward after meeting with him again. When I signed up for Oggvo, I was told that I would be having monthly meetings with an advisor after my on boarding process. I paid for two months of services that I did not receive. Following this gap, I was lined up with ***** *********, an account advisor. I uploaded my clients into the portal as requested prior to meeting with *****. The email campaign was supposed to send out three emails to my clients for reviews. However, this was not the case as I logged into my account before the third meeting with *****, only to find that the campaign had been turned off. Seeing this, I turned it back on. When I met with ***** on the call, she was condescending and stated that I was incorrect, and that the campaign was turned on, to which I had to explain I had turned it back on as it was off the day prior. Additionally, she integrated another clients contact list into my portal, exposing the clients names and email addresses, breaching their confidentiality and privacy. This took most of the call to fix what had happened when she integrated the wrong persons account into my account. She also tried to post his reviews on my social medias. Also, she did not listen to me when I stated my brokerages marketing requirements and went ahead and created a post not meeting the requirements on both my ****** and ******** accounts, for which I couldve been greatly fined had I not stopped her after she had when I had with the process without listening to my concerns. When I stated I wanted to cancel, I was met with hostility and was told that I would need to pay the remaining portion of my contract after not receiving the agreed upon services. Are a man called me and stated that I would be sent to collections if I did not pay the balance. He was rude, as he talked over me, and verbally abusive.

    I engaged a marketing company to assist in getting me ****** reviews for my business. I was promised their system would do it automatically and that my ****** page ranking would climb. They did not deliver on their services and I requested a cancellation August 7th, 2024. A week later they charged my bank account after I had cancelled. I called a representative named ******* and explained the situation and she promised she would initiate the refund. The refund never came and a representative named *************************** took an additional complaint call from me and said he would get the refund "approved with another department". After another week of waiting I was told the refund now would not come, and they attempted to get even more money out of me, asking me for months of additional charges in order to cancel.

    This company stole $1125 from me, I signed up for a one-month $125 trial, at that time I explicitly explained that I was not able to afford $250/** which was their typical rate. I explained my husband had passed and I was a one-income household trying to run a business ******* said they wanted to help me. Text message between rep and I saved to PDF and attached below. That's when they offered to let me try their service at 50% off for JUST ONE MONTH. On a month to month basis, and if I didn't like the service I could just tell them so. They have since debited my checking account over $1000.00 and I have REPEATEDLY ASKED THEM TO STOP. Nobody responds unless you act as if you want to sign up, they will only return sales calls. My bank is doing nothing to help me. They also call over and over trying to get you to sign up and harrass you. I'd like them to refund my hard-earned money and never ever contact me again. I will be in contact with my attorney regarding this matter if no resolution is offered ****.

    I am a realtor in the **************** and Oggvo reached out to my broker *********************** in December of '23. I reached out to Oggvo on behalf of my broker and was put in contact with a sales rep who did a demo and based on how he explained the program I decided to sign up. From that point on I have not been impressed. They essentially just walk you through doing everything on your own, which is not how it was explained to me by the rep. **** I went to cancel the account I was given the runaround and was threatened with the contract, like I signed a mortgage or something. They seem to hold this "contract" over everyone's head, totally dismissing the glaring holes in their product. Please have them contact me to resolve this, have contacted the State Attorney General for help as they are abusing the system. I'm certain they'll respond to this message with a copy of the "contract" ****************** but not certain why a business would want to go on that way, threatening and bullying clients into submission with a b.s. signed agreement doesn't seem like a scalable business model in my opinion. If I no longer want your service/product you shouldn't even want me as a client, but they like to continue on abusive relationships held together by threats. I'm not even asking for a refund, just want to cancel any further relationship

    ************************ signed a 12 month agreement with Oggvorep on 12/15/2023. I have attached his signed agreement showing the package, term, price, terms and conditions and his digital signature. Within the terms and conditions, both the cancellation policy and the early termination fee are clearly outlined. He Had appointments with his dedicated onboarding specialist to go over how to utilize the software and upload his clients into the portal. On 1/31/2024, we received an email from ************************ stating that he would like to cancel because he had other financial obligations and could not continue to pay. We then scheduled his account for deactivation at the end of his contract term (12/15/2024). We also informed him of the early termination fee and he refused. At this point, ************************ became very aggressive toward his onboarding specialist and she attempted to schedule him with her manager so the issue could be resolved. He scheduled a call with our accounts manager for 2/1/2024 and 10am PST. We called him at 10am and he did not answer and his voicemail was full. The accounts manager called ************************ but he did not answer and his voicemail was full; a follow-up email was sent stating that he could call him again the next day. ************************ called back 25 minutes later and the manager was not available. He then proceeded to call our support line continuously, threatening and harassing our employees. He threatened to call the family members of multiple employees who work here and tell them that we are a scam. He went so far as to reach out to the Uncle of our accounts manager. ************************ then called my personal cell phone number, which is in no way associated with the business, to speak about his account. I told him the harassment would not be tolerated. I informed him he was in a contract that he signed and if he wanted to cancel he could utilize our early termination fee. He proceeded to continuously swear at me and threatened to call multiple of my family members that he was naming by name. Ultimately, I sought out our legal counsel on how to best handle this matter, as I would not tolerate employees of Oggvorep or myself being treated this way. Our attorney advised us to release ************************ from his contract and request no contact with him moving forward. I have attached the email that was sent to ************************ on 2/2/2024.

    Didnt like services the moment i started to receive them. Was rude, unprofessional and I asked to cancel. Manager spoke with me and assigned different person and promised if i will not be happy that he will make it right by me and allow me to cancel. Yet i am trying to get a call from him since June 28 with no luck. I sent the email specifically saying that this company is not authorized to charge my card and they keep charging card. At this point company provided no value and charged me $2250. There is always glitches with their calendars or auto emails as well. In ****************** that i am part of we couldnt find even one person that saw value and everyone in one voice said it is an absolute fraud and to run from this business. I havent been showing ** in search for last 90 days at least, we have less than 10% of review rate which is lower than what i previously had.

    I was reached out to by a ****** regarding online advertising, he was very persuasive in telling me that this company helps me receive leads. Extra advertising packages, etc. options were $200, $250, and $350 per month. I asked him if he is sure this would help because I am new to my business and thats a lot of money to waste. He said that I would start receiving leads within a month I have now paid for 3 months of the $350 package. They claim that their end has been completed, but what they are telling me now is NOT what ****** had told me on the phone. I have spoke with 4 people, one of which is the manager, ******. I have told them, I understand I agreed to go into contract, but I was under the impression that it was a lead generator not just a monthly fee for NOTHING. I asked that my contract be canceled from here on, and I didnt even want my money back for the past 2 months at the time of me asking to cancel, but now 3 paid months. Now they are telling me the best they can do is offer me $525 in future credits! I told them I would have to discuss ways with my bank to stop all future ach transactions and the lady (*******) told me that I would be sent to collections and sued as I owe them the full balance no matter what. This company is scamming so many people! I just want out of the contract, and now I do want some money back because I have been trying to cancel this OVER a month. They are taking forever to respond to my emails as well! I would really like to get this resolved!

    Oggvo has a service for my realtor business. A salesman did a demo for me, it sounded good, but I wasn't sure, it is a complex system, not sure if it would do too much, work with my existing systems, etc. ******** suggested I sign up, pay the 1st month then I'd get 3 training calls that would answer all questions. 2nd call identified to me this system conflicts with other tools I use and they require I turn over all my client data, which I must protect. I asked to cancel, no problem, send an email. I did and the answer is they intend to keep billing me monthly for the next 11 months Before they will cancel. The salesman told me to sign up to evaluate. Never said I couldn't cancel. Reached out to salesman and trainer for help, they won't respond. This can't be the way they want to do business. Please help me figure this out. I don't need a refund of the 1st month for evaluation, but I need them to stop charging me AND stop changing my ****** page and social media pages.
