In April 2023 I was called by a manager at Oggvo under the guise of affiliation with Moxiworx which I already use and trust with my company. Later in the call he revealed that they are not affiliated or partnered with Moxiworx. 1st red flag This tactic is an unethical setup to earn my trust. On the call he promised me the service would optimize my business presence on ****** to get better traffic to my website and build reputation to earn trust from future clients. He was trying to get me to sign on for a contract at a price way outside of my budget and he said to hold on to let him talk to a manager real quick. Then he got back on the line with a different price and a contract for 6 months but it was only available during that call. 2nd red flag This high pressure tactic worked because I signed on for $250 a month for 6 months. I didnt have time to review the company on BBB before I agreed which is my fault. Anyone contemplating using Oggvos services needs to know that all of the complaints here are legit. I did not do my research to make informed decision before signing a contract and Im $1,500 poorer as a result. As a new business owner, the last thing I need is to pay for services that I am not getting. The money would have better served my business in marketing and advertising. No one ever called for my onboarding appointment yet I was still charged monthly. 3rd red flag Now its August 2023 and I have not seen a single improvement in my stats. 4th red flag! The company does not keep their promises and makes excuses as to why they cannot perform all contractually agreed upon tasks. The only promise they can keep is to charge my credit card on a consistent basis.We agreed that they would post a previous review to my LinkedIn account twice per week. It has been over a month and they have not posted 1 single review.I told the manager that I only wanted one thing done and they have failed to do it and he responded "I'm glad it's only one thing".I asked to terminate my contract and they offered to do that if I paid them in advance for the remaining months on my contract. When I first talked with Oggvo, I was promised that they would be able to resolve an issue that I was having linking my ****** business account with local ****** business ad account. They never did anything to resolve this. Additionally, I had changed the credit card on file removing a credit card and they continually keep charging the old credit card that was removed. I have sent them emails requesting them to stop using the old card as well as canceling the service and that I DID NOT authorize this card to be charged. I have canceled their services, they did not provide what I was promised. My social media accounts are continually being spammed and they put it out as if I have a new review that is not accurate. I signed up for one year of service. I paid upfront and when I signed up the sales representative assured me that my I would not be charged anything additional. I paid the year upfront. After that year they rolled me over to a month to month contract without my knowledge or permission. My company was a contract with another service provider and I have been using their services. **************** signed a 12 month agreement with Oggvorep on 5/25/2022 for the cost of $2000 paid in full for our gold package. I have attached his signed agreement showing the package, price, term, terms and conditions and his digital signature in 3 different places. Per our cancellation policy in section 5, unless cancelled 30 days prior to the end of the contract term, the agreement with automatically renew on a month to month basis. We received a cancellation request from **************** on 5/25/2023. His last billing date was 5/25/2023 and his account was fully deactivated effective 6/25/2023.
Since receiving this complaint, we reached out to **************** and came to an amicable resolution directly with him.

I signed up for the service as an individual loan officer looking to increase online presence. The employee or account manager assigned to me didn't seem like she knew what she was doing and was hard to connect with, nothing happened for several weeks then couple months I never heard from anyone so i sent an email to cancel the service. it was only then i was told the employee assigned to my account left the **********************. I was offered a free month but by then with no services provided or any tangible product or anything of value exchange I preferred to cancel as i see it as a breach on their part. they instead sent me to collections to collect for a 6 month contract where they offer nothing of value or service as promised but i am still required to pay in full and extra for fees sense they sent me to collections. FYI the Collections rep will call all of your relatives and public shame you into owing a debt it seems was their goal they even state sense it is a business debt they don't have to beholding to the The federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) so they are perfectly fine harassing family. I was sensed laid off sense the mortgage industry as taken a serious hit and decline but they still want money for nothing. they also state I signed a 12 month contract when I only agreed to 6 months. and I canceled after 3 months due to a lack of service and or failure to deliver on their end. To be clear, my only acceptable resolution is that they forgive any balances owed and they stop collection activity against me. ******************** signed a 6 month agreement with Oggvorep on 4/27/2022 for the cost of $200 per month for our Gold Package. I have attached his signed agreement showing the package, term, price, terms and conditions and his digital signature in 3 different places. ******************** paid for 3 months of services and we gave him one month for free because of the confusion on his account manager changing positions. ******************** requested to cancel the services on 8/7/2022 with two months remaining on his contract. He refused to pay for these months regardless of the contract, the ability to use the software and our multiple attempts to work out a payment plan or some sort of arrangement with our accounts receivables manager. His contract and service was cancelled at the end of his contract term but a 2 month balance was still owed. As stated, he was unwilling to work with us on any form of payment terms and thus our system automatically submitted the open balance to third party collections. OGGVO reps used unethical sales tactics to pressure me to sign up for their services & did not clearly explain the contract terms, causing me to pay hundreds monthly to a company that has done NOTHING & will not respond to attempts to contact since September 2022. I was made multiple promises that my business would receive an increase in reviews & my ****** business profile would get a high rank in searches. I signed on in August 2022 & since that time I have gotten ZERO new reviews using their system (I was able to source 1 new review that I got entirely on my own) & currently my business page is listed 72nd when I search for notaries in my area from inside my business address with my location services turned on. In the first month I was contacted frequently during the onboarding process, gave them everything they asked for, & even went back into my profiles ON MY OWN to fix errors & replace blurry photos posted by OGGVO reps on my behalf. During this time I was also contacted by clients upset that they were receiving spam texts/emails asking for reviews (I informed them ahead of time). All either ignored or opted out of the correspondences immediately with zero of them leaving a review. I was also misinformed about the pay process/terms when signing the contract, so when I canceled in September 2022 in writing via email I was then told that I am still on the hook for the full $2,400 (1 year of service). Since cancelling, I have not been able to get anyone on the phone or through ********* think it is highly unprofessional & predatory to force people to continue to pay for services not being provided. I was asked in Feb 2023 to reach out for OGGVO to help (in a reply to my negative review) but no one answered or responded. As of the date of this complaint I have been obligated to pay $1,800 ($600 left to be taken) to a company that has not followed through on any of their claims/assurances & has no interest in making things right in any way.Business Response

Given the clarifying information in the response to my complaint, OGGVO's sales representatives explicitly lied to me in order to get me to sign a contract with them. I was told this company would optimize my ****** business page to be listed at the top of searches in my area, generate an increase in my reviews, AND that the subscription could be cancelled anytime if I was unsatisfied with the service. The "multiple appointments" they reference in their response were 4 in total conducted weekly during their onboarding process (August-September 2022). Those meetings were to set up my account and link them to my business profiles, and the final 3 appointments lasted all of ***** minutes at the most. Apart from this response, another to a review I left their business, and their reply to my cancellation email (see attached), I have had ZERO contact from them since the onboarding process, including when they asked me to reach out directly in response to my review (which I did) and they did not respond. I have not logged in since Sep 2022 because after spending a large amount of my time from August 30-Sept 29, 2022 completing everything in the system they required, fixing all of the errors they created on my profiles, testing the review links and replacing the faulty links with working ones, changing the fonts, text, and imaging for my outgoing messages, testing it on my own device (see attached photos with time stamps), and finally using their software to schedule reaching out to clients to request reviews, I was informed by multiple clients right away that they felt they were being spammed by OGGVO's software and threatened to no longer work with me if it did not stop immediately. As per my email correspondence Sep 29, 2022 (attached), I explicitly stated I would no longer be using OGGVO's services (which includes no longer signing into the account that was of no use to me). It was at this time that I was informed (for the very first time) that the subscription would not be canceled for an entire year (see attached email). I put in the effort they are claiming I did not, and it produced negative results causing me to immediately stop use and request a cancellation of services. From that point forward, there has been no need to sign into an account that serves no purpose other than to cause me to lose clients I worked hard to cultivate on my own long before I was scammed into signing up with this company.Sincerely,

While the use of our software along with the optimization we do does assist in increasing your rankings online, we do not guarantee ranking. We do consistently remind clients that utilizing the software will assist you in getting reviews and increasing the interactions on your digital profiles. All of our campaigns are set up on a cadence that is completely customizable by the client on their own or with the assistance of their account manager. While we want every client to have a positive experience using our software, we do expect our clients to be accountable to logging in and utilizing the software in order to get their desired results. I am rejecting this response because:The business is insinuating that I do/did not understand how to operate their system and did not put in any effort to achieve a positive outcome. The multiple trainings and "consistent" encouragement all occurred within the first 30 days of the 12-month contract, at which point I was no longer contacted. I am well-versed in IT and was able to set up their system per the specifications I deemed fitting within the same timeframe (the first 30 days of the contract). I did not need an entire year of signing in and making adjustments to anything since their system's review request alerts were upsetting my clients from the moment I began entering their information into the system, letting me know that the services they were providing were hurting my business instead of helping. I am not satisfied with the service I received, nor to their treatment of me since I requested a cancellation of my contract as well as when I filed the original complaint. They have my money with zero intention of refunding any amount of it and they seem intent on attempting to insult my intelligence and question my capabilities to operate my business the way I see fit. The 12-month contract ended 6 months ago and I will not be withdrawing my complaint nor do I wish to be contacted about this matter further.

On Feb 7th I had a zoom call with a man trying to sell me on the companies services. I was interested in them helping me build an online presence with ****** business, ******** and realtor.com After he tried to sell me on a year long subscription I told him I wasn't interested in doing anything long term because I wasn't sure that their service was going to work for me. He told me that he understood and signed me up for 2 months. Well Today I was charged for my second month and since I was not happy with the level of service I was getting I contact their support team to cancel to find out they signed me up for a 12 month contract. Which I had told them initially I didn't want. They didn't even upload my business logo or headshot to my ****** business page or upload my client list to their portal. They have done nothing other than contacting me via zoom to tell me what they are going to do yet it never happens. Avoid this company at all cost. I am rejecting this response because:No amicable agreement was made. They gave full refund to other notaries with the same agreement. I made complaints and they did nothing except to just deal with it and basically too bad. They didnt care there was an issue until ******************* made it an issue. This is not acceptable, to fully refund some and not others. I complained within a few months of starting. A few appointments did not correct the errors. This is a bunch of made up stuff to make them look good. They broke the contract by not fulfilling it on their end and what they didnt you is they nulled them after ******************* complained to them.

I was contacted by a witty sales man that wanted my business and I was shown that this company was a so called reputable company. I was told they would help me and my business to have a high success rate which they make to seem very believable for approximately a month then they went ghost on me. I tried to cancel, then they said it was a year commitment but they was not committed to me just my bank account. Then when the year was up they renew it knowing that I wanted out since a month in. After long talks they finally canceled but they robbed me out of thousands of dollars. I want a full refund and was told someone will be in contact with me. That never happened.
