  Last year, in June 2024, **** *******, a Senior Specialist from Oggvo, reached out repeatedly until I decided to discuss their services. He said Oggvo helps real estate agents boost their ****** rankings and audits social media for better exposure to attract more clients. He claimed I had a good head start based on my online presence.**** shared a success story about a client who ranked at the top of ****** in 3 months after using Oggvo. I expressed my situation: I was new to the area and lacked local client testimonials. He reassured me that they would help capture an audience. **** also mentioned that my lack of a local office address wouldnt be a problem since they could focus on my service area.After considerable persuasion, I decided to invest in their program. **** offered a lower initial price of $250 to start right away, considering I was waiting for a new credit card. He approved the payment plan while promising to adjust the pricing later. Soon after, Oggvo charged me $1,966.36.The onboarding took over a week, which surprised me. During the session, *** ******* reiterated many features and directed most marketing questions to ******, their social media ********* August, I voiced my concerns about the lack of progress on my ******, Yelp, and social media platforms. *** mentioned they were still completing audits and that **** had left Oggvo. I was now directed to ******.September came, and I still saw no improvements. ****** was drafting a request for a testimonial from a previous client. While I trusted their process, I was disappointed that testimonials required accounts for my clients. *** and ****** said that testimonials couldnt be easily shared across platforms, despite what I was initially told.Frustrated, I expressed my concerns to ******, who then referred me to ****** *******, their Customer Success Manager. I felt misled about the support and effectiveness of their services, questioning the value I received from Oggvo.

  I want to be honest. On the one hand, their on boarding *** *** was truly diligent & engaged with doing his best to try & get me "set up". I pointed out some glitchy & what I thought to be unprofessional things associated with how it would post reviews. For paying $200 a month, the actual service is definitely amateur hour. For onboarding, I will give *** 5 stars. He did his job.The sales agent honestly was simply a good sales agent. Good enough to were a service that I questioned whether or not it was remotely worth spending $200 a month on, he convinced me to sign a contract. I don't perceive that he lied about anything, but I also don't think he truly has my or any other agents best interests in mind. His simple objective is to get you under contract. At that point, even though you are then on the hook to pay for an overpriced & sub par service, it's basically legal extortion. I initially got assigned to an account manager that was 12 minutes late to my first video walk through with her. The second or third appointment, she blew off altogether. When I next talked with her and expressed my frustration of feeling overwhelmed and like I was blowing in the wind, she seemed apathetic & not remotely ********** current account *** is actually engaged. It felt overwhelming all of the tasks she asked me to do. I did not know where to start. After a few days went by, I had pretty much forgotten 90% of everything from our consultation. My experience, months go by & every month you will be charged for something that you don't even know what they are even actually doing. If your experience is like mine, you will regret every day you signed up with them & resent paying them for a service that you don't really even understand. Once a month or so, someone will check a box & check in with you. My blatantly honest evaluation, save your money. Put the dollars on one hand of ***** **** at a card table. At least then you have a chance at obtaining some value if you win.

  So I was groomed by the rep for a few months and he was a really nice guy. But long story short he signed me up. It took 2 months for them to actually show me what I was actually paying for them to do, which is wild to me. And the rep spoke to me like I was a 5 year old. After the second zoom call I realized that this was a service that was included for free in an another platform I have all ready purchased for $89 a month. The service that they are providing is way over priced and when I asked to cancel they advised me that I would still need to pay out the full contract. And they didn't put me on the lowest plan as I was thinking. I am being charged $250 a month, for nothing. I am being hosed by Oggcorep LLC. I fell like a complete idiot!

  This company is unethical, unprofessional, and a total rip-off. They should be ashamed of broken promises, not living up to their end of a contract by having you sign with no results. They have no problem collecting but they do not provide any service they say they will. Now pressuring me to pay them and saying they will send to collection if not paid. They did nothing they said they would in the first 2 months so I told them I need to cancel as they are not providing the service they claim. I own a business unrelated to this and I could never get away with this with my clients as it is BS. They dish out BS and expect to get paid for it.

  SCAMMMMMMM!!! Lack of a better word. This company has been harassing me for months now and I have not received any service from them. The company is fraud and was flagged. I do not even have an account with them and they are threatening to send my non existent account to collections. How is this harassment legal in the **??? Is there anyone regulating small companies or holding them to a standard of practice. Stay away and save your money.

  Oggvo is such a rip off, and they will s**** up your connections to social media sights. I can't even get into some of mine, they nearly got me kicked off of ********* because they screwed up the log ins. After the person spent several days trying to figure out what she was doing, she finally gave up and disappeared leaving me with nothing that worked and did nothing to improve my social media situation with ******* It is easier to get your reviews and improve your ****** standing directly on your ****** account for free. They make you sign a 12 month contract and then you get nothing ! Plus you can't really ever reach a supervisor, they are booked out for weeks, and good luck if you have the one moment they can connect. Save your money and stay away from these scam artists with the strong arm salesman , who is also gone after you sign the contract.

  A horrible experience. I decided not to continue my *********** career and told them I need to cancel. They would not allow me to do that and kept billing me. A very unethical company who will resort to harassment. Stay away!

  This company is actually a scam. They promised all these things that had not even happened and theyve charged me over $460 just recently took $200 out of my bank account And Ive literally only had three phone calls they say they were optimize your Webpage I cant even find myself on ****** when I called they told me that I had a contract for 12 months in which I wouldve never Opted into because the company that they Advertise to me from Did something similar Watch they have blocked my phone number to where I cant call into even the customer service. They are really crooks. Look out for this company dont allow one of these people *************************** *************************** **** or ****** To ruin your life

  This company is unethical, unprofessional, and a total rip-off. They should be ashamed of broken promises, not living up to their end of a contract by having you sign with no results. They are quick to take you to court if you dispute anything; however, when Apple canceled three times for onboarding, I was over it. So, who is going to make this company responsible for its actions and lack irresponsibility on the part of owning up to what it says they have to offer and what it does?

  The worst company! I paid up front for one year and at the 12 months, they charged my card again without notifications. Since they changed my card, the amount declined and now pressuring me to pay them and saying they will send to collection if not paid.
