      0 stars for this company. I was a long time customer, but now will NEVER buy anything here again. Their customer service is terrible!!I didnt receive an order from them because it was delivered to wrong address and they would not make it right! Im very disappointed!!

      One product I received from them is a clear factory reject/second that looks terribly made. It is absolutely unacceptable for a high-end expensive ****** product. They were very cavalier about my complaint and didn't even explain if I could get a refund or return it and how to so so. Terrible customer service and terrible products. Very disappointing. I will never order from them again.

      Sur la Table sent 3 emails over 3 days offering 25% off one item. There were several dozen of clearly excluded manufacturers. All Clad was not excluded on any of the 3 emails. When I tried to buy from the website when I checked out, I was informed item not eligible without any explanation. Spent some time with customer service who tried several excuses, none of which are noted in email in any form. The first agent reportedly spoke with "supervisor" several times. Among the excuses - 1) First time to tell me if I click on the "sale link", only the items on that page are eligible. This clearly is not stated or even implied anywhere on the email. 2) Second to say that there is an issue with the email. He could not explain how the same issue could occur 3 times. 3) If I hover over the cursor over the checkout rejection statement All Clad does appear as an excluded manufacturer which is like playing Find Waldo to see what qualifies. He could not explain why the email was never corrected. SLT clearly failed to make any attempt to correct the email if faulty, failed to accept any responsibility for their actions (or nonaction) and failed to honor any discount they issued in writing.

      TERRIBLE. Running a racket. Product leaked and ran continually. Had to UNPLUG. Dangerous and defective -- after having 3 days. DO NOT BUY FROM A STORE -- they won't take a return. So, had to pay myself to *** a $1,000 coffee machine back and 3 weeks later they still are giving me the round around. They have received it. Won't process refund. I have original receipt! Don't buy highend when you getting treated like low class!!! HELP.............

      I placed an order with Sur La Table, expecting to receive the benefits of cashback offered- never received AS ADVERTISED. I received item- was defective. I contacted Sur La Table's customer service treated abusively, with only option to go thru warranty. Just on the basis of principle do not want to deal with these scammers. The corporate office that took over after bankruptcy does not answer calls. The customer service line is worked by unskilled workers that carry little authority and knowledge. This company is under bankruptcy running by new company since 2023. TO BE AVOIDED.

      I have reached out both on the phone and through email to their customer service. Just to reschedule a cooking class.On the phone, I waited on hold for over 20 min with an "estimated wait of 2 minutes."I received a ticket ID when I emailed customer service and then...crickets. I've checked in every few days since, totaling 9 days without a response as of today.

      Buyers' Alert!On November 27, 2023, I placed an order with Sur La Table, expecting to receive the benefits of cashback offered by *******. However, Sur La Table did not honor the cashback as advertised. The lack of transparency in the disclaimer provided by the third-party website made it difficult to discern which products were exempted and which were eligible, misleading, and unfair to customers.I requested to cancel my order on November 28, 2023, as the product had not yet been shipped, and the transaction was incomplete. However, Sur La Table's customer service denied my cancellation request, providing two options: refusing the package upon delivery or returning it by mail or at a local store. Unfortunately, the package never arrived on December 6, 2023, leaving me waiting for its delivery.Despite contacting Sur La Table and filing a complaint, the company failed to provide updates or a resolution. They initiated a claim with **** stating the investigation could take up to ten days. However, even after the waiting period, Sur La Table informed me on December 26, 2023, that they had not received a response from ***.The representative assured me that a refund would be issued if *** failed to respond within 48 hours. However, when I called again on December 28, 2023, the representative retracted their previous statement and insisted I wait for *** to respond or contact them myself. Furthermore, I found myself uncomfortable when ***************************, the representative, raised her voice and also told me on December 28th that the hold on my money was to prevent me from benefiting if the package was later found and delivered to me while I was also refunded. These prolonged delays, contradictory information, and unprofessional behavior from Sur La Table's representatives have distressed and dissatisfied their customers. I urge to get this matter corrected and have someone provide me a solid date for resolution to be taken where I can be refunded.

      Faulty removable filter on the digital tea kettle with infuser from ******* I tried for over an hour to re-insert the filter with no luck. Maybe my model was just defective but I don't wish to use it with a main component not working. It is a better idea to just splurge on a Breville that actually works, than to buy something useless like this at a price too good to be true. What a waste of time!

      I purchased a ******** coffee maker from them. It arrived broken -- leaks water all over the place. I called their customer service line, and waited on hold for 55 minutes before I gave up. The hold music doesn't state where you are in line, so there's no way to know if you are 5 minutes or 5 hours away from speaking with an actual human being.I tried emailing their customer service team as well, but I have yet to receive a response. I have no clue how to return this defective product. If I do not hear back from them by the end-of-day today I guess I'll just reverse the charges through my credit card company. They sell high-end goods at high-end prices, but provide bargain-basement customer service. Bad combination.
