      TERRIBLE company and FALSE advertising! What I bought was advertised as a 16 oz [one pound] time of French cookies in early December for my French Exchange student for Christmas gift, for $16.95 plus $6.95 in shipping and received an **** oz tin instead, The purchase was made through Amazon and the ad CLEARLY states a one pound 16 oz tin. When I called La Sur Table HQ, to complain, I was told by supervisor "to bad, so sad". Why on earth would anyone pay almost $40.00 a pound for a tin of cookies???? This is clearly a deceitful business practice and should be stopped by ******* *************************

      Horrible customer service, in person, employees will act like they loath having to help IF they even attempt to most likely wont. Over the phone, you can barely understand representatives and they have no ability to problem solve or communicate anything valuable. I had an experience where I bought a faulty item and came into exchange it where I was told they dont return used items (how do you know if its defective if you dont use it?) then was berated my an employee that openly expressed remorse for her job at the store. This experience honestly made me feel unsafe and afraid to go back to return my items I bought that day. When I went to complain over the phone to the store manager, they supported their unhinged employee and accused me of things that did not happen. I am concerned this establishment is hiring people that are not appropriate for customer interactions.

      HORRIBLE people and customer service!!! Never order from them! I similar to the below reviewer I ordered from them literally a 1/2 hour ago. I acccidentally created a basically DUPLICATE order ** of their terrible website. Even though they had not yet accepted the payment, they refuse to cancel it!!! I AM SO ANGRY!!!!! Just complete trash!!!!
