  Terrible service. They miss filled my document and I received a letter that I failed to appear in court. Then when they fixed it they only reduced my ticket from 22 over to 14 over and had to pay instead of the original $315 tickets a $441 ticket. And they told me it was a "success".

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Another company told me that I should just pay the ticket since I was not being assessed points in the state that it was issued. The attorney I spoke to stated to allow him to help me avoid points in the state in which I lived only to find out I should have just paid the ticket all along. What HORRIBLE service and they just want to make money even for items that don't need them to fix.

  The attorney was a day late in filing with the court that they were representing me on this matter so the judge automatically threw it out and convicted as guilty. The court then issued a warrant for my arrest and not once did anyone from the attorneys office contact me to let me know this. I had to call and email multiple times and sat on hold for over an hour before the assistant informed me that the judge denied the contest of the ticket and that I actually had to pay the court. The assistant told me over the phone that she was going to refund the charges. When I did not get a reply for confirmation of the refund, so I disputed the charges through my bank.   My ticket was dismissed. They assign you to a local attorney that knows the courthouse and officers schedules.Do not expect strong engagement from attorneys as they handle hundreds of tickets and you are their only client (obviously).The app has great user interface and easy to navigate. Overall, they run an efficient process and they have good success rate.Don't be upset if the ticket does not get dismissed as this is a number's game. For me it was worth the price! Last, reviews here are pretty negative here because mostly upset customers seem to use the BBB, which provides a skewed view of their services.*****************

  This makes no sense! Do not use this company. It is really no help. I had 3 tickets ranging in total from about 600 to 700. I pay Id then 2 something to hire then they got my tickets dismissed for 345, now another ***** for courts fees. It meat I had just paid the tickets in full because I really dont see what was done.

  Do not hire off the record they do nothing for you and you need pay more money for hire them my ticket are $242 they spend couple month and get the deal is $212.9 for i spend $112 for hire them the i feel the lawyer do nothing and get money better to hire lawyer by you self not from the off the record i think i can have more better result

  My experience was nothing but misery and regret. I ended up paying MORE than the ticket (the fee I paid this service and the ticket wasnt dismissed due to the completely incapable this so-called lawyer *****************************). He apparently goes to court and is as useful as a piece of vegetable when he is working things out with the judge. I wish I would have never paid this service and I had gone to court myself (I had done it before and I was able to dismiss my traffic ticket, despite the fact that the officer who issued me the ticket was present!). Anyways, if you happen to deal with *************************, get an Uber X and RUN away!!!!I brought my complaint to this business because this so called lawyer was assigned to my case by them and they blocked my phone number to prevent me from calling them. LOW LEVEL customer service, INCOMPETENT lawyers. Just run away from them and their lawyers

  BE CAREFUL OF THEIR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: you never get a refund, even if they lose.I had a red light ticket with the option of traffic school. I paid $210 of fees to OTR and after almost zero communication from the lawyer, I get told that the ticket was not dismissed and the fine was not reduced and I should go to traffic school (with 2 additional extra fees on top of the fine, a total of $547 on top of $210 OTR fees).Basically using OTR costs me a lot more money and time than if I had just paid the fine right away.

  Customer representative was very rude when I call to ask for a refund. I had the chance to go to traffic school for my ticket but their rep advice me to fight it when I called them. After the court date the result were for me to go to traffic school and pay a fine?????? Like nothing made a difference here and I had to spend an additional ********************************************************************************************************** Her name was **** btw, terrible service.

  do yourself a favor and do not hire this firm to represent you in traffic court. You're kept in the dark until after the trial is over and you've been found guilty and have to pay the fine and accept the points on your license. They claim a 97% success rate rate. Their success rate with me is 0%. I would not recommend them to anyone. Save your money.
