  Dont trust on Remitly. I had really bad experience with Remitly they cheated with me and customer service is very poor. I tried to send some money but they didnt delivered and they didnt return back to me. I tried to reach customer service many times but every time they will make you fool by giving false information. Not sure how to get back my hard earned money from Remitly.

  I was hacked Monday 10/24/22. On tha r day there was an attempt to make a $52.99 transfer. I received a text regarding the transfer and was able to call Remitly and cancel the transfer. I also contacted my bank and reported my bank card stolen. After that first report Remitly did not contact me at all about the incident. And today 10/27/22 I contacted Remitly again asking the status of my account (which I dont have access anymore as the hackers changed my password and username) and the rep on the call was lost. He did not know how to answer my questions and informed me that all my personal information was available to the hackers while they had control of my account. I asked for a letter with detailed information on the status of my account and the rep told me they never done that. I was shocked. They sounded not prepared at all to handle this type of fraudulent situations. And the rep tried to place the blame on me, saying that someone must have gotten hold of my phone and hacked my account that way. For a company that handles peoples money, they sounded completely unprepared. Now I am very concerned as the last for of my SSN, my date of birth, and bank routing number was visible to the hackers and still stored in the companys server (which makes me very uneasy after my chat with their rep today). I really dont know what to do, and I definitely dont trust this company with my personal information and money.

  Worst company I have have ever worked with. I tried to submit a transfer for **** dollars immediately and it took 3 days. Their customer service was terrible. Took now responsibility for them not being able to fulfill what they promised.I would never want to use this service in the future. Their site does not even give me the ability to rate there service. That said a lot. Do not use them.

  I have two withdrawals from my bank account made by Remitly. Ive never heard of this company, nor have I received any correspondence from them. So, I do not have an account with them. Each withdrawal was $1,000 and completed on the same day. They were both transferred to ***********************. I do not know this person. I want a full refund ($2,000) ASAP. There is no reason for the refund to take several days, weeks or longer. Im also looking to investigate which party is accountable for fraud. Either remitly or ***********************. Judging by the amount of complaints Im seeing it seems like the company is a scam/fraud.

  Remitly, after accepting my money transfer, cancelled the transaction due to "violation of agreement".They will not tell ME what MY violation was.I would like to know.
