These people were extremely professional, courteous and friendly. The work was done quickly and without incident. Only feedback I have is I do wish movers would wear booties for indoor. I understand that can take more time though which would ultimately increase costs. It's just that as an Asian taking off shoes is important but I didn't dock any points off as the service and people were amazing and friendly and this is more of a suggestion as I'll definitely be using y'all services again.

The crew was remarkable, courteous, helpful and professional. *****, ********* and ******* were considerate in protecting our belongings and making sure that our needs during the move were met. We used Hansen Bros. over 20 years ago when we moved into this house and called on them again to move us into our forever home. Hansen Bros. handled my move from the ******** to the ******* area, and they did a great job. They were proactive about lining up all of the necessary people for packing, transit, and assembly/disassembly of large items. **************** and sales contacts were great and ensured we knew what to expect and that the move was done within our expected budget. They were fast and careful with packing, loading and unloading, flexible about delivery dates, and our items arrived in good condition. A very positive experience across the board.Hansen Bros. I have used this company for 5 moves. They are professional, reasonable and excellent customer service. All experiences were wonderful and truly a life saver when I moved my parents from their home of 30 years to their retirement community. ****** Brothers was respectful, caring, and sensed my parents were nervous. Upon moving everything to the new community, they set up the entire apartment, including making the beds. My parents arrived happy, calm, and stress-free. They provided storage for furniture as well, and were very accommodating when we needed to view inventory, move one or two pieces to the apartment or clean out all the containers. For my personal moves, I found the team so wonderful to work with - helpful, caring and efficient. I highly recommend this company and have been asked by many residents in my parents retirement community and their family members as well as my neighbors for ****** Brothers contact information.Hansen Bros. ****** and *** were awesome! They arrived on time and went the extra mile to make sure they understood my needs and worked with my particular situation. They asked questions when needed, and offered suggestions when I wasn't sure, I really appreciated their warm, friendly, and professional manner and the fact that they moved at a good clip and wasted no time. ****** and *** made this move a bit easier than other moves I've done. Everything was just as promised and expected, except the process was quicker and the final bill was less than estimated! (Thats a good thing). Very professional, courteous, and friendly staff. Out of the entire move only 2 or 3 small pieces of dishware (less than $10 value) broke and that was on us for improper ************* move experience weve had. Thanks!Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage
