      So we hired a moving broker out of ******* who hired this tic tac company who picked our stuff up in may to move from ******* to *******. We never received anything truck they used was stolen budget rental truck left abandoned in ********** and now budget will not release our stuff pending legal action. Now we have to hire an attorney to get our own stuff back and the broker united1stclassmoving was no help at all.

      TicTac Relocation ripped us off terribly. The charged us in the tens of thousands. Many of our expensive items, even large furniture is lost by them. Almost everything received is completely destroyed or damaged badly. They won't answer our calls or call us back.We would like to give them a negative 100 star review.

      If I could give them negative stars I would. Constant lies, overcharges, pathetic excuses. They literally left some of our belongings behind in the first house. They "underestimated" the space we could have on the truck and "underestimated" the cost. Then they charged thousands more than estimated, didn't take all our stuff, and forced us to purge/dump furniture and belongings at the last minute, including our toddler's bed and dresser. They were more than three weeks late arriving at the second house which forced my family to sleep on the floor until beds arrived. They stole an electric guitar and god knows what else, as we haven't unpacked every box yet. Driver lied about a broken down truck in July and defensively sent "proof" with a picture of a truck dash with 'engine problems' that was dated from February. Poor communication, deceitful. Liars and thieves. Do not, under any circumstances, hire these people. You will lose your belongings, money, and sanity. You can't complain too much in the moment because they are literally holding your entire life hostage and they know it. We're looking into how to press charges. Don't do it. I cannot warn you enough. Do. Not. Hire. Them.

      This moving company is absolute junk. They first quoted me a price, jacked it up upon pickup, then took a signature from my baby brother who was not authorized to make decisions on MY contract, and are now telling me they will put my things in storage due to me not being able to pay an amount I NEVER AGREED TO! The man I spoke to told me he assumed my brother was my husband. My brother was there to help me load boxes!!!

      The worst company in the history of moving companies. Lost all my stuff in a move, wont help me get it back, wont help me file an insurance claim, and the insurance I have they scammed me so i only get 60 cents per pound regardless how valuable the stuff.

      I would give -15 but not an option.Beware of Tic Tac Relocation. They do not have an official business, it is run out of their house. Disquised as a moving company, pickup all household items and everything goes missing. No call backs, no returning email, no response, just we cant find your items. Thats it.

      I would give them a -1 if possible. Worst moving company we have used in over 14 interstate moves. When they showed up on November 8, 2022 they only brought 13 blankets for a ***** move. When they ran out they went to uhaul and bought $3.25 boxes and then charged us $10 each. We had prepaid packing so they double checked us and refused to take the load unless we paid. We called our broker (Bronze Star) and they told us to claim it on the backside (can't be done) One of the movers was missing both leggs and believe it or not he did the best job. English wasn't there first language so understanding them and reading what they put on the invoice was almost impossible. They damaged over $4,000 in goods but their agent in ******* said it was mostly normal wear and tear and only approved $265.00. They were sent the paperwork on the claim in July and again in November of this year but after over 30 calls and emails along with many from the BBB and Washington State Attorney Generals there has been no response. If they show up at your door, turn them away. Just look at moving trucks rolling down the road and pick a name from a big one. You'll be much more satisfied.

      They showed up a day late and when it came down to the payment upon arrival it was told to me that my total payment was now 8k instead of the **** that the broker told me. I had the same amount of items that the broker knew about but now after they loaded everything my payment almost tripled. I paid what they asked for because at that point what choice did I have They said they were going to deliver in about 2 weeks but ended up only needing about a week to get me my items. They said they would deliver on a Thursday so I drive myself 5 hours to meet them at my new place at the time THEY set up. I had to reach out to them to figure out that they could get there till 8pm which was too late. They show up the next day and its the same price ***** as before. Wanting more money than what was agreed upon. My couch was dirty, my standing mirror broken, ladder bookshelf completely in two and Im missing a ********* mattress. They tell me the mattress is in a warehouse and theyll deliver it next week. The week comes and goes with no communication from them. My bf has to call them repeatedly only to be given the run around. Im texting and calling with no response. Over two months later and I never heard anything about my mattress. I filed a claim with the insurance and they denied my claim for the missing mattress and lamp soley because there isnt any evidence of it. On top of everything the claims is only going to pay $72. Its stated in the paperwork that I have to sign and notarize a piece of paper to get $72. That paper then goes back to the moving company to pay out. At this point, I dont even think that they would pay out since they have ignored every other form of communication. & only getting $72 for damaged and missing items worth over $1000 is ridiculous. Moving is already stressful and this moving company made it 10x worse. This has caused me so much stress and wasted energy. Ive lost so much money over this move because of such a poorly run company.

      One of the worst company to deal with. I concur with other reviewers that this company should not even get a single star. Delayed our luggage for over a month with no update. I am still awaiting to receive our luggage and they keep telling me driver is en route for over a week. They should not be in the moving and relocation business to begin with.

      I wish zero stars was an option. This company is horrible!! They didnt show when they were supposed to and delivered 3 days late with No communication. They are unprofessional and rude. My stuff arrived broken, dirty, and stained. I have asked for claims department and have gotten no response. To make matters worse, they refuse to unload my stuff without first getting full payment (plus last minute charges). Now I understand why, theres no way anyone would pay for broken damaged belongings. Do not use this company!! You may think youre saving $1k-$2k when you book them but then they continue to add on charges after your stuff is in their possession so you have no choice but to pay if you want your stuff. So you will ultimately pay the same or more as having had a reputable company that will handle your stuff with care.
