  GA to CA 6/23. 3 movers come to pack and load. 1 guy has experience, other two had no experience. use blue tape to close the boxes leaving gaps on top, packing 3 paintings together with small box leaving corners exposed, covering tv with a cloth without tv box, shrink wraps white couch while leaving large gaps between the wraps. had to call the manager and the broker to have them rewrap. they came to house at ****pm, didn't leave until 130am the next day while leaving my belongings on the sidewalk all day long. first driver next day tells me he can't pick up U haul b/c the previous driver from tic tac damaged the uhaul so much they wont rent to them. instead of calling another rental truck, they were told to start driving out. manager told the driver to tell me another truck will be sent from *****. its was saturday morning when i was told this and second truck is not coming until monday. when i text and call the company to get answers, the supposed owner of *******, ***** (per ***************************, I have a screen shot) told me to "stop with the privilege behavior and act like a normal person...." by the way, *************************** has been the go between and she apparently is listed as the owner of TIC TAC per BBB. Who actually is the owner, ***** or ***************************? PER BBB, *************************** is also listed as a former partner of JJ Moving and Storage, which had been unresponsive to a Pattern of Complaints. I have pictures of the shoddy work by the 1st truck crew that i sent to *************************** and *****. I have screen shot of ***** telling me to stop the privilege behavior. this is the most unprofessional and discourteous company i have ever worked with. i acutally canceled with my broker (starline vanlines..dont trust them either!) the first time (have email requesting cancelation b/c tic tac had horrible reviews) but the broker assured me tic tac is one of their better movers. I made the mistake of trusting broker. DONT USE TIC TAC RELOCATION ******* **! EVER!

  I hired this company through a broker which I didnt know when i was booking for a move from ******* to ******.Movers did great! Highly Recommended

  If you care about your things DO NOT USE TicTac Relocation! Arrived two days late with no communication and delivered two weeks late with no communication. Back of the coffee table was missing. Crack down a side table with support brackets dangling. My things had obviously been thrown. The most disrespectful and the one thing I filed a claim for was a 5'x5' painting that I paid $1,000 for 18 years ago. They put their hand right through the painting and protective wrapping to carry it. To add insult to injury my claim came back saying they will reimburse me for $15. To put in mildly TicTac Relocation treats your property like their trash, DO NOT USE TICTAC RELOCATION!
