  This is the 4th time Ive used them and they did an even better job. ************** are rockstars they did everything I asked and didnt break anything. I still am so amazed they did such a quick and efficient job

  I would never recommend this company to anyone. We had to have our house packed out for floor repairs. The first crew came to pack out our kitchen and left many items in the cabinets.The second crew that was supposed to pack and move the rest of our belongings left many items behind, threw things into our garage and shoved our couch into the bathroom(which also damaged it). The crew was incredibly rude when they came back the next day to pack the rest up and we were charged for them to come back out to do the work. Most boxes were unlabeled and they didn't pad or wrap most of our furniture.We pointed out where to plug our fridge in in the garage. We came back to find that they had unplugged both our solar panels and our full size freezer. We are now dealing with a freezer full of rotten food and a ruined freezer. They also removed the door to the garage to move the fridge and now it won't close properly. They won't do anything to fix it.Their claims process is horrendous.As we have unpacked, we've found many boxes where things were just thrown into boxes without any care for our items.This company is incredibly unprofessional and has hired people that do not care about their job or peoples' belongings.Update: someone from the company called trying to claim that they couldn't have possibly unplugged our freezer even though no one else was in our garage during the entire process. They lied about putting the couch in the bathroom and said things were left behind because "the crews are just tired at the end of the day". Very unwilling to be accountable for when their employees have done a bad job and instead have tried to blame us for everything.

  I DO NOT recommend all Service Moving.!!!If you are reading this review YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED..My husband and I have moved several times to multiple states due to job promotions and this has been by far the WORST experience EVER!!We used the ********** location on December 7, 2022. They did our pick up from downtown ******* and drop off to ******** **. First off, they were late. Causing us to have to use an elevator that was pretty far from our apartment. We asked for 3 men to get the job done faster and they sent 2. Which then became 1 because the other quit several times. My husband ended up having to help move. They ripped my mattress on both sides bc they didnt know how to properly move it. We have a very heavy mattress. We moved from a small apartment to a brand new house. But after the movers moved our items into our house, it was no longer a brand new house the way they tore up our brand new floors and scraped paint off our walls and doors while bringing our furniture in. They tried to bring our washer and dryer up the stairs without a dolly causing water to pour out all on our new hardwood floors. They didnt lay down blankets and tracked dirt onto our carpets. A 3-4 hr move turned into a 10+ hour move with thousands of dollars of damage. Oh did I mention that they say insurance will not cover my mattress bc it is the manufacturer fault for not being able to pick up the bed by using the handles????? This has been a nightmare. One that we are still living 3 weeks later. Nothing has been resolved. I feel robbed of out $1500 move along with all the damages to our home. DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY!
