    Make every effort to avoid this facility. They will send you unintelligible invoices, try to get much more money from you than your EOB indicates, and not credit your payments. If you realize you have been overcharged, and try to settle your ****, you will be stonewalled, receive doubletalk, and never get anywhere. You will be put on hold for hours. If you elect to take a callback, you will not receive it. I could go on, but I think this captures the flavor of the experience. It's too bad because the care provided is excellent.
