    crooks , thieves , they try to charge you more . they refused to listen . they refused to find out the exact amount . they kept hanging up on me . do not pay them , pay your creditor directly . do not waste your time with a bunch of yhieves , low lives , and unprofessional .

    The customer service experience with this company was highly disappointing. Representatives were rude, unprofessional, and at times, raised their voices. There was inconsistency in the information provided; one representative would say something different from another. Moreover, there was a clear lack of knowledge and cooperation throughout the interaction. Theyre not willing to work with you but against you. They dont listen, show care, or exhibit any sort of compassion towards addressing the issue.

    called to explain an ez pass issue in which EZ, ** PORT instructed me to call them and dispute the collection so that they can handle the issue internally. They refused to dispute it but rather tell me i need to reread my ezpass contract and abruptly hung up the phone. Everytime i tried calling back they continued to hang up. very unprofessional and they will not be receiving any payments. Now its about the principle of the matter.
