1 starThey conned me out of $660 for a 36 minute job. Never ever use this company as their plumber ****** claimed they don't work by the hour, when their site says they do. He started the job and it took 36 minutes after he claimed it would be 2 to 3 hours to remove and replace to pressure valves. In 40 years I've never been ripped off by any tradesman until now. 1 starWe purchased a toilet and installation services from this company, and they charged us $1,600 before sales tax. This feels like unethical business practice, as other reviews seem to indicate similar concerns. I typically hesitate to leave negative reviews for small local businesses, but its unacceptable to blatantly take advantage of customers. This is simply wrong. Despatch (*******- nattly ) hang-up the phone on me I call Manger or supervisor ( ***** ) then hang-up the phone on me too I recommend all customers don't call this company for services

This is not true. this customer was on a cell phone that had horrible reception. The dispatcher was trying to get the information to help the customer and all he would do is **** at her and when I tried to call the customer about his new situation and explain that there is no way we could help him out because he never paid his first invoice which he got financing for he hung up on me. we are more than happy to help him out I told him but not till he pays for the original work that was done. he then again hung up on me. we always try and do our best to help every customer in need but when they do not pay their bill there is really not much we can do for them.Puget Sound Plumbing & Heating
