      I am real estate agent. I paid and opened a premium business account so I can find phone number of prospective clients on June 30th 2025. After searching 40+ people, there were only 3 that were correct. Most were very old and outdated. On July 2nd after realizing how outdated the phone numbers were I clicked on the chat box and asked if it was possible that I get a partial refund due to the outdated information provided. I could not stay in the chat because I had to leave. I then receive an email saying they have refunded $12 for the month. This morning on July 7th, I go to Whitepages and found out that my membership has been canceled. I wasn't expecting to get a refund although I asked, I was pleasantly surprised they did give me a partial refund minus a "processing fee" since I already tried looking up 40+ people. I was expecting to keep the remainder of my month so i could continue to try and use despite the inaccurate information. Never, at anytime did I tell them to actually cancel my membership. So it was a **** ******* this morning when I logged in and tried to search and I recieved a message saying I needed to subscribe. This is a severe breakdown in communication and very poor customer service. I really hope this makes it up the chain because this was not OK.

      03-25-25 I was charged $97.18 for some unknown reason. how did any of you get in contact with this company "Flex factor" to find out what it is for??Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      I paid a one time fee for a report for $12 and never received it. The email they sent said its available but when you click on it, it said you have no reports available. Sent in complaint and no response. Big rip off, dont recommend using this company.

      I have been trying to unsubscribe from white pages I saw something on their site I tried to unsubscribe . Also emailed them . I have had no response from them . Today I looked everywhere on their site no where could I find any information to unsubscribe from them. If they canceled they left me no message. I actually liked white pages except they are getting paid on my credit card and I want them off of my credit card. I was going to put them on a debit card. But since I cant seem to find the info its very frustrating .

      Big scam. They take your money then tell you you purchased a background check but if you want to see who owns the number/address you have to pay more money for a premium lookup

      DONT GIVE THESE THEIVES YOUR CARD # After $30 I found out the hard way. This company is a joke and a scam all info is OLD if even there.

      I WAS CHARGED $11.99 AND $19.99 FOR A PHONE NUMBER THAT NEVER SHOWED INFORMATION FOR. I PAYED FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AND NOW THEY HAVE MY CC INFORMATION. GOOD THING IT WAS A CC. I CAN DISPUTE THE CHARGE. SCAM ALERT.

      I would leave zero stars if I could. Do not use. I went on ************************** to check find who called with using a phone number unfamiliar to me. I paid $11.99 for a single use. I never received the information about the caller. My card was charged. After I selected pay, I was taken to a page that remained in processing for 8 minutes which seemed excessive.

      I'd like it to be zero on stars. they will charge you for whatever plan *** then once you want to view what your looking up,you can forget it~ you have yo pay to see the actual info. so I'm not real sure why they ask you to pay for a plan when actually their only plan is to rip you off. use a different site unless you like wasting $!! horrible site!
