This White Pages are a Joke , no I'd say a FRAUD, they say its free then when you get on the site you find out it's not free at all, why can't we just look up a friends phone number or address like we used to, can't even get a residential phone book anymore, what can we do to get at least ONE free site to just find Phone numbers, addresses and (maybe) email addresses, maybe just address & phone numbers.

I purchased a premium membership with the expectation that I would have access to search criminal records, as explicitly advertised on your website. However, after completing my purchase, I discovered that I was unable to access this information, which is a clear violation of the promises made during the sales process.Furthermore, I have encountered numerous dark patterns on your site that make it exceedingly difficult to cancel my membership. This has added to my frustration, as it feels like an intentional strategy to retain users against their will. I have spent an excessive amount of time attempting to navigate these confusing interfaces and instructions, only to be met with obstacles at every turn.I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. I request a full refund of my membership fee, as well as assurance that you will take steps to address these misleading practices to prevent future customers from experiencing the same issues.

The white pages is saying that a certain phone number is mine and it is not. They spread false information that causes problems with other family members.

The information on this site is completely inaccurate. Lists multiple addresses, names (including may be going by names). This site should be shut down for falsifying information.

I immediately tried looking up a friend who lives in the town I was raised in. When I entered his name and the city of ******, ********, I was given a message that ******, ** is an invalid city. I tried again, and as soon as I typed in ******, the city of ****** Texas came up (same as the first try, but i typed in ******** anyway), but no more choices were given, and it again told me I'd entered an "invalid" city. There are 9 states that have either a ***********, village or township. ********, ********, *******, *******, *******, ******, ***********, ***** and *********. For a business that's supposed to find what you need for a fee, this one *****. Big time. Don't waste your money.
