      I bought a pair of shorts and they lasted less then 5 months I probably wore them above 10 time and the shorts were expensive

      They do not process refunds unless you reach out to them. They boast about refunds within 7 days of receiving the returned items but twice I had to call customer service because they didn't process it. It took them only two minutes once I finally called. So they could have, but simply didn't.

      No longer offering lifetime warranty on their luggage. Purchased with promise of lifetime warranty but on June 10, 2024 they changed their policy to no longer honor any commitment for their overpriced luggage. Never buying from this company again.

      I order my products Black Friday thanksgiving and its almost February and no delivery what a horrible company , I used to like them. But if they were smart enough they would file for bankruptcy immediately. eddie bauer You went down hill from the past now you sell stock and dont deliver thats called something here in the ***!

      Eddie Bauer dis not return my refund when I sent back a jacket nor did they respond by phone about my jacket that their warehouse received. I had to have *** investigate and have my package sent back so I wouldn't loose $159 refund they owed me for the coat. Please don't buy from this company. Their customer service department doesn't do anything and I'm surprised they even have a job. This company doesn't care and I will never shop with them again. I hope to get my package back and never have to deal with them again. Please don't shop here!! They won't communicate or respond to you. *** Former customer

      Eddie Bauer is very deceptive about its sending of shipping emails to customers. For normal Americans shipping means your package is with a carrier. Eddie Bauer means that a label has been created. Days later the carrier hasnt gotten the package. However, a customer needs to go through several links to see that the item is still sitting far away. I will not be ordering any more.

      Brought a Woodman sleeping bag from EB ... online $269 - before discount, tag on it $179. Chat with *** online and can't explain the price difference. End up returning it...had to pay return shipping and lost tax on it as well. I will think twice about buying from *** :(

      I would give 0 if I could. I bought an item from them less than a year ago, I bought the item after asking AND being reassured that there was a lifetime warranty on the fabric and stitching. Well that life time warranty was absolutely a lie and theft. The fabric was pilling after a few months, no returns accepted. Big old NEVER AGAIN. After 30 years, and thousands of dollars, lying and stealing is what it takes to loose me as a customer.

      Bought a battery blanket on Amazon in fall on affirm card and it does not work. I tried to get a new battery but the company stalled all conversations. The battery is irregular and won't charge. Am mad I have to return it, spend money on mail and ask affirm for ***** refund.
