    Bought 17 Micro inverters from them to install at one of our customers sites with 33 solar panels which we also installed. Customer reported chattering safety devices within their home after array start up. We spent a week of troubleshooting and reviewing the system and installation to no avail. We then spent another month or so with AP tech support, phone calls, complaints, emails and service tickets. All to no avail. In effort to resolve our customers complaint we ordered 17 more micro inverters from AP Systems in another model which we also paid for. We then installed them and the problem is now resolved. Now that it is clear the first set of micro inverters were faulty we are looking to receive an RMA and subsequent credit. Now with several more phone calls, emails and communication over the past few months we no longer receive any response. This has cost us over $6,000.00 in equipment and thousands in unnecessary labor. We would like to attempt one last time in good faith to enable us to return the faulty parts and receive full credit before consulting legal help. ** ******* Electrical and Solar ******************************** ************************* ******* Contact ** as soon as possible to rectify!

    I've had 3 of their microinverters go bad. I waited over a year to get one replaced, and the only reason it was replaced was because my installer pulled one from another location. Now I have another failure and it has been 3 months since I made the request to replace. No response so far. They can't replace with their current generation and the older generation is apparently not readily available. It is YOUR product, and you should stock enough of them to replace in a reasonable amount of time. My installer told me that he has many other failures and that he can't get any replacements.
