Well. The issues continue. I have been waiting for 6 months for a resolution to my solar system not working. And the team kept saying that it would only be another few weeks.I just got an email that we are "back to square one" because the inverter they ordered didn't come in.This company is horrible.

since November 2022, I contacted omnidian about honoring there warranty to maintain my solar system. From then till now, I still don't have portions my system working and have had to endure hours on the phone with them trying to self diagnose problems. I have pages of E-mail correspondences with them and with enphase trying to simply get this thing working.Business Response

Omnidian took over control of our solar panels when the previous company went bankrupt. Soon after I was notified that we needed a new meter. This was March 2020. They scheduled a visit for that month. Nothing has happened since. My last contact was six months ago when they said I was on a waiting list. I get ZERO communication from them. In the meantime I still get billed every month from the bankrupt company, but I have no idea what kind of production Im getting from these panels.Business Response
