According to the company's Terms & Conditions there are no refunds once a property is booked.
"Booking and Payments. If notice of cancellation after renter books, there is no policy. At 60 days prior to check-in, Renter’s card will be charged any remaining balances owed and no refunds are given prior to scheduled occupancy date -no exceptions. All payments are subject to a 5% processing fee. Deposit amount is up to one month’s rent. Deposit will be charged to credit card on file and held on booking site."
