It shouldn't take 20 days from ** to *************. I still don't have the beer and it looks like it is not on its way. I want my money back! By the time I get the beer it will be close of going bad. I will be canceling my account with you. This is ridiculousBusiness Response

Weve sent an email to the customer advising them to check the refund request we submitted on April 28, 2025. As noted, it typically takes 710 business days for the refund to appear on their card.Attached is a document showing our communication with ******. As of now, we have not received a response confirming whether the refund has been received.

I ordered (2) two beers (Phase Three Curvature Batch 14) for $11.98 a piece in which Tavour claims that they could not fulfill my order due to an "inventory issue". On September 18th they gave me a refund for (1) one of those beers I ordered which was $11.98 but never compensated me for the 2nd beer. I reached out to their customer care and they claim that they sent the refund and that I need to check with my financial institution. My fininacial institution has never recieved these funds. At this point Tavour has withheld what is rightfully mine because of their disorganization and they are telling me that I need to wait even longer for a manager to review this.Initial Complaint

Tavour offers a premium membership which they charge $119 for. The membership perks, which come directly from their website, include free shipping and first access to ALL beers. The free shipping isn't really a factor as that's the equivalent of paying for 7 crates a year without a membership, so the real draw in the membership is the guaranteed access to all beers they release. Tavour are not providing members with first access to beers like advertised. This has happened a number of times, but most recently it came to a head with a certain beer. They released a beer called "****'s Life" to non members at the same time as members. This was pretty much their most desirable beer ever. As a member, I expected to be first in line to get this; however, as it was released to thousands of people instead of just a few, I was not able to get it. Some of my non-member friends were able to get six of them while I, a paying member, was unable to get any. As soon as I clicked on the notification that was sent to me, which is a member benefit so I don't miss the "first access", the link stated sold out. Over the last year, I have also submitted a number of complaints about the app and how I am not being notified about certain beers. I have missed out on a few because I did not know about them. Part of the point of the membership is to get that notification to ensure you don't miss a brewery you follow. I have brought this up numerous times and each time I get a tepid response from customer service. I have verified that all my notification settings are correct and as advised, but still the issue kept coming up. I ended up just settling and accepting it but now I am seeing non members get the same access as member to the beer, I am no longer willing to pay for a membership that provides no benefits. I have brought this issue up to Tavour, but they have chosen to just ignore my emails. With that, I am submitting a formal complaint through the BBB for a resolution.Initial Complaint

I ordered a crate of beer on April 10, 2023 from Tavour. The crate was shipped on May 9. I was at work twice when they attempted delivery, and then on May 16, shipping updates indicated the crate was damaged and would be returned to the company prior to me actually receiving the crate. The crate was successfully delivered to Tavours warehouse on 5/23. I emailed them 5/24 politely requesting a refund, and received notice 5/25 stating they could not proceed until they verified the crate was returned. The following day, I was told I would only be issued a 50% refund due to their cancellation policy, (50% refund if order is cancelled more than three days after initial order). I did not cancel, but instead requested a refund rather than replacement as I needed this beer for an event that has now passed. In short, the crate was damaged and returned by *** before I ever received it, I did not cancel the order and am simply requesting refund for an item never received.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for $49 on 12/10 for a beer gift pack. On 12/13, I received another email saying it had been shipped. However, it hasn't arrived. When I track it, it says it is at their local delivery partner, ************. When I contact ************, they have no confirmation of the order and have never received it. When I email them, if I get a response, it simply states the order is delayed. Phone number listed isn't in service.Initial Complaint

Site requires credit card information in order to shop. When items were added to the cart it displays the number of days remaining to continue shop before order is shipped and does not display the total cost of the order.In addition, It does not allow items to be removed after one hour, and there is no clear indication of this policy in advance. It is contained under cancellation of orders. I have yet to receive the order or be charged for, but I do not wish to utilize their service and requested that all pending orders be canceled and my personal and financial information be removed from their site I am requesting confirmation and that no negative actions will be taken for my cancellation and termination of pending services.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 beer's from this company on September 17th 2022. They charged my card that same day. I was expected to have my beer be out for delivery by now on it's way to my address but they keep trying to charge my card again and again after I've already paid for the product in advance plus you can see the transaction went through the first time on September 17th and when I try to contact them they keep ignoring my emails where I have explained this to them Yet still keep trying to charge me and yet to send out the product I originally paid for.
