      Do not order from this company. I ordered a Christmas gift form this company and they accepted my payment on December 7. The expected delivery date was December 14. On December 15 I received notice there was a problem with delivery. I contacted customer service and hey said they would look in it and get back to me in ***** hours. I did not hear from them after several days and had to check back in. I notified them that I was concerned because this was a Christmas gift. It is now January 12 and the Christmas gift has not yet been delivered. I check back in with them every week or so and get the same form email response that they will check with the delivery service. Why am I the one checking back in? Why is nothing actually being done to resolve the issue. I have asked that my concern be forwarded to management twice. They have not done so. With this poor service, you would expect a full refund plus the beer should be promptly delivered to the recipient. When I told the recipient about the problem on Tavour's end he said that is ok because he had received a package form them in the past and the beer was bad, cans were squishy. Please don't write a response below that states we are sorting out this miscommunication. I have all the emails with your team. Thanks for ruining Christmas, Tavour, and for basically stealing from me = taking my money but no delivery of product.
