    I wish I could leave 0 stars. $7,638.00 sent to them and received 38 days ago.Nothing but the run around from these people. It's a scam.

    I won quite a few items at two different auctions during the course of a week and it went just how I expected. Got a notice/invoice that I had won and that my credit card had been charged. Basically then I waited for about 10 days and just about the time I was thinking about my order, presto...an email shows up with my shipping info, two days later I had my both my shipments. Well packed too.... copy of my invoice inside the main bag..... I only have good stuff to tell ya about these guys

    I was never disappointed with the product I received, fast shipping when you consider how much they ship, customer ********************** has always been helpful, courteous and willing to help anyway that they possibly can.

    I am a loyal customer of **********************, I have learned a lot reading the coin descriptions, communicating with the auctioneer and also by buying a decent amount of inventory, holding it in my hands, and researching it, going to coin shows and comparing strike price with what I have on hand versus what coin shows will sell the same (mass produced) item for and never expect to see you again. Even in your hometown, some dealers just hate the public because the public wants what it wants when they want it and they do not have the capacity to believe that they are uneducated.Think about this for a minute. Really think about this. What are you doing to a small business that obviously is communicating with you on this very site and through the many different ways that you may have misrepresented yourself - through changes that you made? Your email, your phone, your addresses, your available credit? How many times do you not hold up your end of the bargain as a customer? This is an American, just like you, who has decided that this is the vehicle to try and survive. He has something you want. He has something you could probably find elsewhere. Go somewhere else, then, when he makes you whole again - and really, don't come back, spend your bad karma somewhere else.I have, a half-dozen times, received the wrong coin (in four years, and over thousands of lots) and sent them back to him. Did you do that? Are you that honest? Are you that dedicated to the truth that you let a coin in your favor sit in your hand? I bet it ***** you.Imagine the time it takes to photograph, sort and then, after the final hammer falls, process the valid bids, sort the invalid bids, make dozens of invoices and then pull the inventory for mailing.Have a moment's understanding, keyboard warrior. Be nicer. ***************** not to be a jerk. While you wait, buy the Red Book, read about the coins you expect to receive and the American history of the era of that coin.

    I buy coins from many people online since I cant drive anymore- I bought an **** dime for $27 and $7 shipping.I got the coin and its better than it looked on the hibid website. I hope to be able to buy more from Antique Finder Auctions

    I should learn to dive deeper when participating in Online Auctions and research the Auctioneer's rep prior to bidding. If I would have taken a moment or two to come to the BBB, well, I would have thought carefully before placing a bid with this Auctioneer considering a possibility of being scammed and lied to. I find it interesting how quick AFS is to jump on this website to respond to his customers but won't help them out in the real world. I purchased 20 coins for just under $600 including shipping 5 weeks ago. After waiting more than 3 weeks for anything to indicate AFS was processing this purchase, it then took 2 emails and 2 voicemails of which the 2nd and latest voicemail was not as welcoming and friendly to ****** a response. When getting a call back what you will find unfortunately is a very short and unfriendly person on the other end, this was my experience. It's odd that he took a moment to call back to lie about tracking and shipping dates, I guess he just couldn't resist being challenged. Unfortunately I have had to resort to various measures, including this review to have my funds returned to me. He still has my money btw as of this review and I have no merchandise. I firmly believe he's refusing to ship these because they sold for under half their value.

    We sure apologize for this issue. I have researched your order and it shows a barcode shipping label that was attempted delivery - **** tracking was and has been emailed to the email on the account and invoice. via shipstation. "He" isn't refusing to ship anything, and I have tracking to show you and will reach out to you this coming week to fix the issue. It appears the items are returning to us. These are random date items so I can have the exact order drop shipped to you. As for reading BBB prior to bidding, how is an A plus rating derogatory? Look at the rating it is A PLUS, meaning no better can be done for our violume and history. I will make your issue 100% to your benefit! We ship ******* invoices  week, and here are 4 bad reviews. There are far more people , about **** % getting their items and happy that do not take the time to say " Great Job" otherwise, you would see those here. We will work with you to get you the item you bought ASAP. And a real auction sells things for what the bidders bid! Thats why you got them for what you did! We will also add a BONUS for your delay in receiving the goods.

    I bought from this seller on Hibid . I Buy wheat cents. I got a lot 344s - lot of (100) unsearched cents for $11 - plus shipping fees was $19. I got the lot and found three ****s cents that I sold on my **** account for $38. The rest I grouped and sold for $13. Not bad. I re4ccomend this seller

    I won 14 items on the September 17, 2023 auction. They immediately charged me $273.34 which includes $22.00 for shipping. Their website states after they receive payment they will ship within ***** days and send a tracking number. I have emailed them 4 times still no response. I have called and no answer. Finally I contacted HIBID auction services and am waiting a response. Even the auctioneer has nor responded. DO NOT BUY from this company you will lose your money.

You and I spoke on the phone sir, and the items were shipped to you via tracking # ********************** **** and were delivered to your address the 11th of this month - they shipped the 5th - the day you posted this review.
