5/1/25 high bidder 6 lots of coins, paid 5/3/25 when invoice arrived, now 6/10/2025, no items, no info on shipping, no response to emails, and like others have said, voice mail always full, no answer when you call them (multiple times). Have filed fraud charge with my credit card company, also, and I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE all to do, file a fraud complaint with ***********************, include as many details as possible. I won an item via hibid from Antique finder services on 2-16-25. I recieved and paid the invoice by 2-17-25. 2 weeks pass and I hadn't recieved any more information so I sent an email inquiring about my item. No response. A week after that I sent another email. No response. Starting at the 4 week ***** I started sending multiple emails. 10 emails the first day, 20 emails the second, followed by 25 emails the third day. So that's when I decided to call. 11 times in a row. He answered the phone very aggressively. He yelled at me, I yelled at him. He tried to blame the postal service or some bs. I never received any tracking information, and he was really quick to refund my order after I called him out.Business Response

Your complaint is moot we refunded your payment the day we spoke and I showed your tracking number was rejected by **** due to an error made when printing, and the parcel was returned to ***

I won several auction lots on Antique Finders HB 1/4/25 - Coin Shop - Coins-Jewels- Bullions -Auction 744 - 7034. Paid after the auction was over. Payment cleared my bank on 1/6/25. I have emailed them several times for the tracking information, but have not received a response. The auction details indicate I should have received tracking information ***** days after payment cleared. Its now 18 days, still no tracking information and no response from Antique Finders Services. This is very poor customer **********************.Business Response

The **** Shipping system and delays are paramount to a night mare for buyers and sellers.
These items while yes they were delayed, were due to the storms we had in **************** and also the fact that his payment was not cleared th 6th into our account The funds left his account the 6th, but there is a delay when processing to the end recipient.

I am rejecting this response because: The seller has a responsibility to communicate with the consumer. They failed to communicate any delays, weather or otherwise. They simply refused to respond to any of my emails requesting an update. The payment was requested by the seller on the 3rd and cleared my bank on the 6th. Id like them to show proof it deposited in their account after the 6th. This company lacks communication skills as well as professionalism.

I would caution anyone doing business with this company. Just like everyone else who has complained about this company, they took my money on 12/8/24 for the amount of ****** cents. And have yet to provide me with the items I paid for. Won the items thru HiBiD. Invoice # *****.They do not answer there phones. Ive tried calling several times thru out the morning , afternoon, evening. answering machine is full. Cant leave message. No answer thru emails. Just want a full refund. And be done with this place. The client in question on this complaint was refunded with his chargeback he initiated on his creditcard from his card issuer. 12-21-24 Our terms plainly state that we require ***** business days after payment clearance to ship items. We are in **************** and experienced a large 100 year storm with many days experiencing no power, and damage to several of our buildings at more than one of our locations. Suffice it to say, We got behind and all items from all auctions that were during this time period were shipped except for this one that was charged back.
He wants a refund as his resolution to this case. He already has this prior to sending his note to the BBB .
If we dont have power, we cant answer the phone, and cannot see who called. Rest assured, the comments about all the other clients in this clients message have all been handled and this is why we have an A plus BBB rating.

I am rejecting this response because: He stated that my credit card was credited on 12/21/24. As I checked my records it is clear that I was credited on 1/12/25, as i provided a copy. He is clearly dishonest in everything he stated. I also work with another auction in ********** and receive my items with in a week. I would of never received my credit if it wasnt for BBB stepping in and resolving this issue. Within 2 days time. Thank you BBB for your timely assistance in this matter.

This is to inform you that the verbal resolution to ******** is not being complied to by Antique finders service. They now have the coins back for resell, but are not responding to any status requests. There phone voice box remains full, no response to texts or emails. Please reopen this claim, I do have correspondence and return info on coins. I will try to forward.

We spoke with *********, we agreed to resell the items for him, and then process a refund, they just sold last weekend, for his reserved amount so as to protect his price paid. He was refunded to his card he paid from Monday the 2nd.

Do not do business with Antique Finder Services *** at ********************************************** they are thieves no other way to explain everyone here complaining about stealing money from them, not communicating, not emailing them back, I would have to caution anyone doing business with them. I won an auction on HIBID for a single ****** Silver Dollar, The invoice was paid immediately, I have email several times no answers, I have called dozen times no answer. It kept going back and forth from ******* ** **** to ********* ** **** locations ***** times. I contacted the **** and they sent me to consumer affairs at the **** and was told by them that i would need to intercept it ($17.00) and have them send it to me (case numbers ******** & ********). I intercepted it but my **** refused it, so it was sent back to Antique finder's services and i still don't have my items and paid extra $17 for someone else's mistake of labeling it. Like everyone else who has complained about this company, they took my money on December 16th and have yet to provide me with the items I purchased. They do not answer calls or emails, basically reading the comments here, they are complete thieves just out to rip people off!! They took over $3,000 of my money, and won't even reply to my emails. I have been dealing with this unprofessional, scammer behavior for over a month now. I called the auction company, and oh yes, they knew who I was talking about because they have had TONS of issues with this seller. I want my money back! I will be doing the following if I do not receive a full refund:Calling and FILING a complaint with the State Attorney General Reporting their FRAUD to every auction company they sell through DRIVING to their office location and DEMANDING a refund I will also be checking to see if they have a license or bond and reporting this to the state. I bid on several items on the HiBid platform, auction ending on 12/30/2023. At the conclusion of the auction, on that same day, payment was deducted from my credit card. I haven't received the items won, nor received any correspondence about shipment. The only details i have are from the HiBid website.I've tried to call a few times and left VM messages with my contact information, asking for a call back to discuss status of the items won. To date, no reply. Their terms and conditions from the auction states 'shipping will take place within 15-days of cleared payment'. Here we are at the time and still not certain if this shipment will take place. A call back or text to my phone would be helpful to understand that my items are coming.
