    As an 81+ patient, I approached this dental clinic (Silverdale WA /Affordable ************************************************ optimistically for the" 100 day 100% satisfaction" provided me with confidence. I did not do a consumer review or check with BBB. I needed to replace my full upper denture and to have a new bridge for my lower jaw. I had implants many years before and did not want any more oral surgery.I received my new top denture and a bridge on 7/12/2023. I called the clinic 2 days later to discuss the level of pain I was having. At that point I was instructed to remove the bridge and when replacing it to put it into warm/hot water to insure the most flexibility. I asked ******* why I was getting this patient education 2 days after the placement. I then returned to the clinic for "adjustments" numerous times- the upper denture seemed lose and it was lined and became more secure. The bridge was also "adjusted" but when placed by the technicians & both of them jamming it into place, my gum started to bleed. The bridge did NOT fit properly and I could not wear it to eat. I still can not use it.I asked how I could go to another clinic in that affiliate & was told to call the corporate head quarters which I did. At first, I was told that "Yes" and then 3 days later got a phone call that I could NOT. The reasoning given was only the dentist could approve that transfer. I had Care Credit financing, called them to dispute the charge of the bridge, hoping to get a partial refund and find another clinic. I was told by ******* that if I returned to their clinic the only service to be provided was removal of all bottom teeth and have a full denture place.I also called the corporate head quarter for this affiliate who knew my request to go to another of their offices. The words as quoted to me "no refund and you are passed the 100 days" I asked for that in writing and was only the dentist can do that. I have made 2 requests for her written decision . To date no response.

    06-14-2022: Initial contact made with ***************************, *******,**. All on Four dental implants were inserted.Three months later, He added a fifth implant implant, but he failed to explain why I needed a fifth implant. The left front implant continued to cause infection and pain. When I refused to sign a form which stated that I was satisfied with his service, he became quite annoyed with me.04-19-2023: *********** contact with this office 05-05-2023: Received full refund, after many request were made.05-10-2023: ************ contact with *********************************, ***************** Dentistry, **********, **., to complete implant process. I was told that the left front implant will need to come out or it will eventually fall out. After many attempts to get ****************** office to pay for the removal failed, I decided to report to BBB. All I ask/asked is for Affordable *********************************************** to pay the cost to my Dentist, ******************, for the removal of left front implant, which ************** knew or should have known, my gums were not conducive for that left front implant placement.
