    This company is horrible! I am no longer receiving email communication about where to send my return, and no phone number to call direct. Should have researched them further before purchasing.

    This company has a return policy they are not willing to stand up to. They are very poor on any communication through emails. They have offered me a 20% return on my package plus a 20% coupon towards another order, I can keep the product and give it away. After I said NO- I wanted a full return, 9 days later they offer a 60% return of my money. Explained to me- that shipping would cost $30 and the package would likely get lost. Product is poor at best, no tags, items not as described, no order form in package. Buyer be ware

    I placed an order with this company last week and cannot get an update from them on order ship date or estimated delivery dates. I have emailed them through their ******** page and also their contact page on their website. I haven't heard anything. I think this company is a scam company, their payment system is PayPal, I don'thave a paypal account. I am trying to dispute the charge on my CC now since it is obvious I am not going to get the items ordered. Apparantly, the company's US address is an actual "apartment" and this company is not even a US company.

    I made sure to read the return policy on this company's website before I ordered 2 items. Even though I ordered the same size, one blouse was way too large and one was too tight. I emailed customer service asking how to return the items. They responded and offered to give me 20% off my next purchase. They stated I would have to pay shipping and perhaps I would like to give my items to someone else?! My radar went up on this statement. I replied that I would like to get a shipping label and/or address to send the items back. It's been 3 weeks and 3 more emails and no more replies from them. I have called the number on their website numerous times and it goes directly to their voicemail box which is full. The website looks like it is based in the US and the phone number is in ********** but I believe this company is based in ***** which is ALWAYS a red flag. That's why I always try to look online to see if a clothing company is based in the US as I have had nothing but bad experiences with overseas clothing. Stay away from Sassy Grace!

    *************** pretending to be a ** company. Should have known after seeing all the inaccurate information in the descriptions. I placed an order and never received a confirmation email, not the items. ***************************************************************************

    This is a buyer beware situation. A what I ordered vs. what I got. But these people are literally ripping people off. The items that are sold are nothing like what is advertised. I now know these items are coming from another country, but claiming to be from ****************. The items are garbage!! Complete trash items!! IF I was able to leave ZERO stars I would. I just lost one hundred fifty dollars. it may not seem like a lot, but it is to me!
