On 7/24/2024 I placed an order online with Sassy Grace Boutique. The order number is #SG3944577 totaling $49.98. I have contacted this company multiple times via email regarding the status of the order. The tracking number provided is not valid and no phone number for the company is listed on the website. The responses I received include the item was damaged / waiting on replacement and please wait a few more days. I paid through ****** and have asked for a full refund as I am realizing this is not a reputable business.Initial Complaint

I saw an ad on ******** about Sassy Grace Boutique and I ordered almost $200 worth of merchandise. First of all, it took them over 10 days to send an email with shipping and tracking information. Since then the tracking numbers do not work at all and there is no change or updates. I searched for reviews about the company and apparently it is a scam and people never get their clothes or money back. I am a teacher on a fixed income and I need that money back.Initial Complaint

I ordered items through PayPal for this boutique. The items I received are not the items in the the picture. They are made with cheap plastic like material. The ones they advertised look nice with quality material but its not what they sent. *** asked several times through email for an address to return it for refund. They wont give me an address , they said they would give me 60% credit but its been over a week and they have not given me the credit. Ive email several times and they will not longer respond to my emails I cant get PayPal to help me because PayPal says I got the order and they wont help after that . This is crazy they wont even send me an address to return. Theres no address or phone number on the website . I have in writing the 60% discount which I would be ok with that. Or I can send it all back for a refund if they would just give me the address .Initial Complaint

Warning to consumers, I believe this business is fraudulent, operating through smoke and mirrors. I contacted them by email at the the address they gave with no responses. I bought three items and they are very cheaply made materials. I wanted to return them for a full refund. If you click on their published address, it is apparent it is not a business. The phone number goes to voice mail with no business identification. Buyer beware!!Initial Complaint

I purchased Order #SG3346577 on 4/2/24 online from shopsassygrace.com The order contained 3 shirts and when I received them, they did not fit and the quality of the items was also very poor.It took a couple weeks to receive my order and I began writing customer service around 4/20 to ask for the mailing address to return my items.I received the response below to my e-mail on 4/19 From: ******* <**********************************************************>Sent: Saturday, April 20, 2024 1:18:26 AM To: ********************* <**********************>Subject: Re: Return Dear customer,We are sorry for any inconvenience caused for you.As a best trust seller, our items are new and the same as the description in our listing.Could you please tell us your return reason in details? While on my ******** I saw a post from Sassygrace for clothing. I went to the link provided and purchased 4 blouses which totaled $114.35. I used my PayPal account and the Sassygrace website said that it would take 3-5 business days. The order was placed on 4-13-24 and I was given an order number. I contacted the company through email on 4-22-24 because I still had not received my order or an email regarding my order. ******* from the company responded that an item from my original order was not available and that they were going to substitute the product and the whole order was waiting for that substitution. I made an online purchase for a women's top from Sassy Grace Boutique. The order number is #SG2431877 and the date was August 13th 2023. The cost of the item was $36.99 and shipping was $9.99. I received the item a few weeks later and it did not fit me well. I returned the item on September 19th ****************************************************************** ****** ********. I have the **** confirmation that it was received. After not hearing back from them or seeing a refund on my credit card I reached out to the company to inquire where my refund was. They told me that since I did not contact them before initiating the return and obtaining an address that they will not be issuing a return. There were no instructions for return in the package and so I assumed it would be fine to return to the sender. I have asked this company multiple times to help me and they are very rude and refuse to help me. I feel as if I am being scammed by them. I simply want a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a shirt on August 16, 2023. My order number was SG2457977. When it arrived the quality nor fit was what I was expecting. On Sept 10th I sent an email requesting a refund and an address where I should return the shirt. On Sept 11 I received a response offering me a 20% coupon towards another order and a 20% refund. The email also stated that if I still wanted to return it I would have to pay postage. However, the email did not provide an address for returns. I placed an online order on July 13, 2023. ORDER #SG2127177 I received only two items of the three that I ordered on August 13, 2023.
