      I have been in contact with the Spokane Valley Manager ***** regarding cancelation of my membership and refund of my unused training fees.I purchased 48 sessions for a total of.$ ******** on 12/29/2023. In March of 2024, I spoke in person to ***** explaining that I had returned to my home in *******, *****, and was no longer in the ******* area to use my gym membership and asked him to cancel my membership and refund the unused training fees. He said he would take care of it. I have followed up with 8 separate emails with no resolution. I provided ***** with the documents he requested and he stated he would take care of this in an email dated May 11, 2024. Again to date I have not received a refund or any further contact from *****. I do not recommend joining this gym or purchasing any training sessions because you will not get your money back. I will pursue this matter in small claims court as ot appears Muv Fitness is not going to rectify the situation.

      I purchased 40 personal training sessions at ***** each. I accommodated the trainers re-scheduling needs multiple times. I chose to stay with this trainer because its who I payed for and appreciated his training style. I had 8 sessions left when trainer changed his schedule that does not match up with my schedule. I chose to cancel my membership due to the extreme sales pressure that staff does with members and frustrations with trainer schedule. I asked to be refunded my 8 sessions that I already PAYED for and was refused by North gym. *** made several attemps to call main office gym and given more then enough time and yet to recieve a call back. Do not recommend this gym or purchasing anything through them. I now have to go thru process with my bank to recoeve my money back. This is just part of the issues with the gym and staff and at the end they are they're there for your money nothing else.

      I have been a member for 27 years... Most of my life. During COVID shutdown I started investing in my home gym and brought it to a where I no longer needed MUV to meet my goals. When I called to cancel in December my relationship with MUV has been a nightmare. Was told I needed to come into the club to notify in-person, which I did in Dec 2023. The receptionist said I needed to talk with a 'Member Specialist' or whatever but they were with clients and unavailable. I waited in the lobby for almost an hour and no one could (or would) help me. I ran out of time and left without getting help. At this point I proceeded to provide email notification in writing that I request to cancel and refuse to waste my time driving in again. Multiple messages never answered. Called again requesting cancellation and again was told I needed to come into the club. I asked for another way forward since I did this without resolution and it is a waste of my time. I cancelled my bank membership JUST to prevent MUV from drafting my account without my consent. From there it has been months of calls about my overdue account and threats of collections. I talked with a manager last week and he said he would put a stop to the collection calls if I sent a signed letter to their P.O. Box. I did as requested, but today received a call saying my letter of cancellation is received but they already sent my account to collections. The only bright side is I will never give another cent to this unethical business. Never again. Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a business.

      I love being a member of MUV Fitness. The employees are so upbeat and motivational, and the facility is great too. We are looking forward to the expansion as well!

      I have been a member for over 25 years. I bought a lifetime membership and payed a bunch of money upfront to have the privilege of paying a set fee per month. Received a notice in November that my monthly was going to go up to $20 a month. I called and they said my account would Not be affected by this increase. January came and they charged 20. Called and they said a manager would have to call me back. No one called me back. Called again, got charged again and again No Manager ever called me back. ************ cant help you and management wont call you back. Multiple calls to get this fixed in January, February, March, and April with No call back. This last call I was finally was able to talk to manager, *****, and she refused to help and refused to give us the corporate or regional managers phone number. This is beyond unacceptable! They wont even cancel our membership. I would also give zero stars if it was an option Muv Fitness is a Very bad business.

      Our dues were increased 1/1/2024 without notice for the six of us in our family from $6.54 to $20.00. We had been grandfathered in from Stay Fit to 24 Hour Fitness to OZ Fitness to MUV Fitness. I started calling MUV Fitness on 1/2/2024. I tried to contact someone in the club to explain and help resolve the issue, but no one responded or were able to explain to me to my satisfaction. Finally, the person over billing called me 2/16/2024 after more than 6 messages left for her over a month and a half. When I finally talked to her, I was not totally satisfied with what she was able to assist me with, so I would have to talk to the District Manager. So, I finally talked to the District Manager on 2/19/2024 and he said that he would investigate our situation and get back to me on 2/21/2024. He has not called back, and our issue still remains unresolved as of 3/8/2024, almost a month later. This issue has not been resolved in over 2 months, I would give them zero stars for communication and resolving issues with us, but I have to give them one. This is a terrible way to treat people who have been with you since your beginning here in *******.

      Had been a longtime member and became a ******** Advantage member so was entitled to a free membership! Came in to change. Was changed early November and have been charged each month including January! Called to get it corrected and was told management would call me back! No call. So I called and was told because of the type of membership I had could not refund anything! I insisted there must be some credit. So I ended up getting one month back after getting mad! They never apologized for not doing it right and were trying to say no money back for their error! Ripoffs! Terrible customer service! All they want to do is take your money !

      I signed up during end of phase 1 at *********, ****** location. This was on August/2022. I was told this is the best deal ever and prices will go up with phases. I was like alright. When will the gym open? I was told by *****, and enrolling person, the gym would open in January, and possibly as late as February 2023. Comes that time, they switch it fall 2023. We are now in winter and going to year ****. 1 year and 6 months later, I asked the price of monthly membership. I am told it's $22/month. I am currently paying $20. Basically, 1 year 6 month I was going to planet fitness type of gym ,but overpaying x2. I could of come in 1 year later and got the same deal. I feel like the founders should get some kind kicker dealer maybe like 2nd person free for going to this gym for over 1 year and keep hearing about how the gym will open soon.

      If I could give zero stars I would. Looks very inviting at first staff is great but when it comes to payments and freezing or canceling they do everything to keep getting payment from you account charging and taking forever for a refund that you have to call back about over and over again do not recommend.
