Northwest Granite has really let us down, they don't even disserve 1 star. We purchased our new quartz with the understanding that the people doing the templating and installation knew what they were doing. On the day of the installation the first piece of quartz that came out of the truck were the two pieces for the sink. As the installers put the piece of quartz into place both installers noticed that the hole for the sink was cut wrong, the set back from the front of the sink to the edge of the countertop was over 6", too far back and no room for the faucet unless they cut the back of the cabinet up directly impacting the integrity of the most important structural part of the structure to support the weight of the quartz for decades. So the nice installation guys take the bad piece back to the shop to be recut or so the installer said. Installation was on a Thursday, we received no call Friday and no call Monday so I drove to their show room Tuesday to see what is going on and am met by ****. **** had nothing but excuses including "my wife told the template person to template wrong", "the sink was too big", "the cabinet maker made it too small" and my favorite because "I wasn't there for templating". Then ****, who wasn't there, says I told the installers to leave, there was nothing wrong with the cut to start with....Almost like talking to a 4 year old, obviously **** is in way over his head. Now we are almost three weeks out from the initial installation date and still no solution to our problem other than have our cabinets professionally rebuilt to make room for the faucet instead of fixing their mistake and rebuilding the piece. There is a reason that Northwest Granite has only 2 out of 5 stars, unbelievably poor customer service.

They have done poor quality and unfinished work on kitchen project. Overcharged for granite. Left water leak after cutting water pipes and created additional work for me.
