    My name is Dae Uh. I am the owner of Scollards Cleaners. On 12/9/22 one of my dry cleaning machine was not working. So we called Advanced Mechanical Systems. They fixed my machine several times before. When ******* from AMS came out and he put 20# of freon to the machine. ******* said later **** (owner) give him the instruction to do that. But machine still did not work. So ******* called for help. **** came out later. He tried to fix with dry cleaning machine instruction book. but he could not fix it. Finally we had to call ****************** (manufacturer of dry cleaning machine) After connected with NYM, NYM started checking the machine. First thing NYM found out is broken High Pressure Switch. Because ******* put too much freon to the machine. That was their big mistake. So I had to buy the same High Pressure Switch from NYM ($ ******). Also they had to take out the freon that they put in. It took long long time. It took all day. After he replaced the High Pressure Switch, he called to NYM for more help. Then NYM teach him what to check and how to replace it. They said replace the Filter Drier. So I had to buy the Filter Drier from NYM. After ******* replaced the Filter Drier, machine started working. Now ******* found out it is so easy to take out the freon from the machine which they put it in by mistake. It takes only 5 minutes. After all done ******* said later this kind job is only one hour job, if they know how to do it. My dispute point is why do I pay for your mistake ( 18 3/4hours $ *******). I am willing to pay 2 hours service time but you should pay the part you broke ($******)
