      ISSUE #1: I used to received notifications when someone I follow and have live notifications enabled for went live. The last time I received such e-mails was 5/10/25. ImagineRC is one example of someone I follow. My Twitch account is William_WMU_alumnus. In my case with Twitch on the issue (case: ********), Twitch is just giving me the runaround, sending me responses that have NOTHING to do with the issue and even repeating themselves in followup e-mails. ISSUE #2: Since I don't receive e-mail notifications any longer, I turned on my notifications for the Twitch app on my iphone. I am not receiving live notifications on Twitch either.

      ************************* has "indefinitely suspended" my Twitch account, named ***********, that has the email address ************************************* (an e-mail that's no longer in service, but isn't the focal point of this complaint.) No reason was given, just a vague "Fraud" claim which did not disclose what it was that violated their Fraud policy(ies.) thus making it difficult, excuse me, impossible to appeal the claim with full succession. They don't give a reason for the violation other than 4 vague choices and it could be any of 1 of them so when appealing you don't really appeal because you don't know what they suspect that you did wrong and/or violated. My appeal, was , apparently, denied and I never actually received any notification because they also refuse to update the e-mail address on my account or allow any other communication in regards to my account, essentially banning me permanently, not suspending me. I'd honestly like access to my Twitch account to become a (valued) Twitch community member again as a viewer, not a streamer, but regardless, as a Twitch community member. I can't atone or apologize for things without full scope of what it is that I've been suspended for. Furthermore, if it's something simultaneously that Twitch has no intention on unsuspending me indefinitely, then I'm formally requesting 2 things, make it a permanent ban on ADAMPCGAMER and delete all of my account information ********************************** has the right to be vague, but they do not hold the right to play games with my account status, my likeness, nor my information without due cause, reason & justice for an indefinite period of time.I willfully accept a full account ban, only if followed by a full account closure and deletion. My rights are being infringed, indefinitely, because of the lack of medium to contact Twitch while being indefinitely suspended, all under the guise of a suspended action that's not disclosed.I'd rather, who wouldn't be, a welcomed Twitch viewer. Please, & thank you.

      Twitch keeps giving me warnings when I'm not at home watching or doing anything on the internet haven't been home in 2 months
