- We want our customers to be happy after working with us! Although we pride ourselves in our almost-always damage-free moves, sometimes accidents DO happen. Our crew is trained to inform their lead and the customer of any damage that may happen over the course of a move, so we can do what we can to correct that damage that is a suitable resolution in the eyes of our customer. We do what we can, when we can and live by the concept that being open and honest with our customers results in our customers treating us the same way. I guess you could say, "What goes around, comes around!"
