    Super disappointed with Altitude trampoline park (aka BK Sports LLC). Had planned on canceling my membership there- was charged yesterday and spent literally hours trying to contact them by phone listed on website and email. Today I finally get thru- told I will get no refund and in fact they want me to pay an additional months price as well. My 4 year old has been knocked down numerous times here by older kids. The last time we were there a month or so ago, i noticed signs advertising alcoholic drinks for adults- this is supposed to be a fun family place and supervision is actually advertised as being a requirement for certain ages. To try and make money off of families by getting them to drink alcohol while supposed to be supervising their children... and then what, drive home drunk with their children?? THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT A PLACE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN AND QUITE POSSIBLY FOR ANY CHILDREN AT ALL. And if you are foolish enough to give them a shot, MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERY WORD OF THEIR CONTRACTS. NOT A NORMAL CONTRACT. LOTS OF EXTRA RESPONSIBILITY NOT ON THEM. I would think my hours of trying to get through and their listed and claimed phone numbers listed on their own website not working- saying "this number is not set up to receive calls", would be worth well over the measly $33.00 for an extra month of completely unused membership, but no, they are doing all they can to take every ***** they can. DO NOT GO HERE. THIS IS NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT. AT ALL
