5 starsWe had 2 tub/showers replaced, 1 with a walk-in shower the other with a soaker tub/shower. **** was our salesman and he provided a complete rundown of the demolition and installation process. He took the time to listen to our concerns and which way to go for our needs. Miz was our installer and he did an excellent job. He took the time to discuss how the installation process was going each day he was at our house. He was always willing to take the time to answer any questions we had. The work areas were were also keep clean and tidy during and at the end of each day. The ladies in the office were also very easy to work with, any question we had and the scheduling of the installation.Review fromVirginia C

Had a tub to shower conversion. It took 1-1/2 days to complete. Installer was on time and reliable. Explained every step of the process thoroughly. Every step of the process from beginning to end was flawless. Our new shower is beautiful! Wonderful workmanship. I highly recommend Bath Planet of Kennewick.

Both my husband and I were having trouble getting into our old shower so we're really happy to have the new walk in shower from Bath Planet. It looks great. Had my older vinyl bathtub removed and walk in shower with bench and a couple of handles installed. Doesn't look clinical at all! Love the look and the process was easy! Done in two days and the fit and finish of the material was more than what I expected. Love the result and would absolutely recommend Bath Planet.Bath Planet of Eastern Washington

5 starsThe whole process was seamless and professional from the time. **** walked in my door and we talked about what I wanted and he took measurements and then when **** and just help her showed up, they explained everything they were going to do what they needed, and they proceeded to do a very professional job, I was totally pleased with the way they went about their work. They cleaned up after themselves and when they were gone, I had a beautiful Walk In Tub and closed and my bathroom was not touched or damaged in anyway this is a very professional outfit. We just had our tub and shower replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower from Bath Planet of Kennewick and we could not be more pleased with the installation process and the quality of workmanship from the manufacturer and mostly from **** the installer. **** walked us through every step and process, so we understood every aspect of the installation. The process took 1 1/2 days and each time he left there was no evidence he was even there except we had a gorgeous new shower. The area he worked in was very tight and after he was done, I could not find a scratch or blemish anywhere. From the first meeting with **** the Project Manager to the final handshake with **** the installer, it was by far the very best experience we have had with any contractors we have ever delt with. 5 starsFrom initial contact to the final installation, Bath Planet of Eastern Washington performed professionally, thoroughly, and in a friendly manner throughout the replacement shower installation. We are very happy with the final result. The design and quote process demonstrated an excellent knowledge of construction and design choices. The two installers, the first for tear out and initial work and the second for framework and glass install, were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They kept the work area and walkways clean. It was a thoroughly professional job, and I recommend Bath Planet of Eastern Washington for any and all bathroom remodeling!*************************Review fromLanny H

This is the second time we have use this company. Both times has been a pleasure to deal with a company that is professional, courteous and does what they say they will do. The installers were exceptional, friendly and diligent about keeping everything as clean as they possibly could. We were so pleased with our first bathroom that we did the second. Their representation of the product, quality of workmanship, professionalism of every representative from the sales person and office staff, and especially the installer was as good as you can get. Our new shower is better than we expected. I will recommend Bath Planet to anyone that I hear of that is putting in a new shower/tub.Bath Planet of Eastern Washington
