The installer was thorough, committed, tidy, and friendly. My shower was probably more expensive than most, but I feel the product is well worth it.

5 starsFrom beginning to end it was an absolute pleasure to deal with this company. We vetted several companies before making a decision on who to use for our bath to shower conversion. Bath Planet was not the least expensive but by far not the most expensive. Their presentation of the product, quality of workmanship, professionalism of every representative from the salesman, office staff to installer was top notch. Our new shower is better than we expected it to be. If we end up doing our other bathroom, we won't waste time getting any estimates - we will just go directly to Bath Planet!Review frombruce b

5 starsI recently purchased a sanspa walk in tub from this company. I have throughly enjoyed the tub and have been extremely pleased with the company. While the tub was fairly costly, I am glad I spent the money.Regarding the company, except for 1 minor issue, they have been easy to work with. Starting with **** our salesman, *** our installer and ***** in the office, all have been easy to work with.Since we already had electrical circuits in the bathroom from a previous jetted tub, they did not to call an electrician in. I talked to **** and asked to have the amount budgeted for the electrician to be refunded which they immediately agreed to and issued a change order for the lower amount. The only minor issued I did not like was at the initial meeting with ****, he stated that if we ordered while he was there and made an $8,000 deposit, we would save $500. I asked why and he stated something about having to re-engineer if we waited which made no sense to me.Overall, it was a very easy experience.Review fromDonna W

One of the best companies I have ever used.They put a walk-in shower in my house. Remodeled my bathroom.Did an excellent job. 5 starsBathPlanet replaced our bathtub with a shower in a run-down old trailer home that's in a remote trailer park in difficult conditions, and an unusual situation. Plus, I forgot to have a check ready for final payment on the install day. From sales to site evaluation to install to customer service all the way through late payment, they were all professional, friendly, and efficient. They worked with us to deliver excellent quality. We have used a similar company for previous bathroom remodels and wish we could turn back time and hire BathPlanet instead! The price seemed high, but they did the job in one day. I just had my installation completed and Im so happy with the results. My home is 100 years old, and nothing is square. My installer did a beautiful job, and BathPlanet was very easy to work with. From the receptionist to the salesperson to the installer, communication was exceptional in every detail of our experience with them. 5 stars***** from Bath Planet did such a great job on our bath to shower conversion, everything is absolutely perfect and we love it and are very happy, he took his time and critiqued his work until it was perfect. Very professional and very clean, it only took 2 days for completion. Im happy to be using them on my second bathroom in two weeks, we hope we get ***** again, we were extremely happy with him and his work.
