      0 stars as they are crooks! We had an 8yard dumpster from this company through the summer of 2022, They tell you to call prior to a Wed to have it dumped and removed. Monday Nov 7th I called to have it dumped and picked up/removal of the dumpster which was ***** dump fee and pick up/removal is free. The dumpster had not been dumped or removed at this time. I called Thursday Nov 10th and they claimed my dumpster had been dumped and removed yet it still sat in front of my house FULL. They said they would contact dispatch and see what was going on and file to have it dumped and removed again. Someone came to pick the dumpster up on the next Monday Nov 14th but left it saying they cant remove it if its full and said someone would pick it up Wed Nov 16th. No call no show. I called back Monday Nov 21st, said it was still here. They said they didnt know why and would call back with a dump/pick up date. They called but left no msg. Longer story short, I had to call back 3 more times until it was picked up and asked each time if I was charged for those false pick *** and they said NO. Come to find out they charged me on the 9th for the first fail pick up of ***** and ****** the same day. When I called the 21st they charged us again!!. and on Nov 30th charged again!. Total of almost $900. in false charges. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Dump yourself no matter how many runs it takes.
