Bought a van from them in May and since have had nothing but issues. The van is a lemon, it doesn't run and has various issues they "fixed" after having us bring it in under the pretense that it would be covered under warranty. They then tried to charge us for repairs less than a month after buying it. Their customer service and ********************** are some of the worst I have ever experienced. They have repeatedly harassed us after telling us not to contact them, and then continuing to contact us to antagonize us. They have cursed at us, used course language with us, and been wildly disrespectful to my trans girlfriend, and I really think that has something to do with it. This store should not even be running and it's surprising that they are if this is the lack of care they exhibit and the outright bigotry against us. These people are awful and it's caused massive amounts of stress, anxiety, and depression and cost my girlfriend her job due to not being able to get back and forth to work because the car won't run AFTER being "fixed" if someone cojld please help us take the correct legal action and process it would be greatly appreciated.

The vehicle was sold as is and the customer did purchase a service contract and the items that need to be repaired are not covered components so the client would have to pay for those repairs as needed.

the service center was only texting the client to let them know that their vehicle was done for the repairs that were done

My original price on the vehicle I got was ****** I believe. After loan fees it was 23k roughly. I have had nothing but issues with the vehicle, differential had to be replaced, transmission cable had to be replaced, there are other issues that had to be fixed by myself. I wanted to trade my truck in and the bank said they would buy back my loan but when I was speaking to someone over text they told me it was negative 7k in equity and that my truck was only worth 11k. So I was grossly overcharged and now am stuck with a crappy truck. When I told him it was their Northside location that did this, all the reply I got was "ugh" and no response after that. I tried to email and it wouldn't go through. I want this negative equity to somehow be fixed is removed or paid for some they over charged me for the price of the truck. They also did this to me with my car!

The client purchased the vehicle on 07/23/2022 for $18,999 plus tax title and license the client also purchased a service contract and GAP insurance the client did finance $23,118.67 after down payment. The Vehicle was listed at $20,999 online and we sold the vehicle for $18,999 which is a $2,000 reduction from the sales price we had on the vehicle the client agreed to the terms of the purchase of the vehicle we did not overcharge the client on the purchase of the vehicle. The dealership does not have control on what the book values of a vehicle are going to be 2 years later after the purchase. The book value of a vehicle changes all the time the vehicle had ******* on it when it was purchased and now the vehicle has ******* which also impacts the book value of the vehicle Auto Credit is not responsible for the negative equity that is owed on your vehicle. Attached is a copy of the used car order the book value at time of purchase and the book value as of July 1,2024. The trade in value is what dealers use to take a vehicle in on trade and that is assuming that the vehicle needs no work besides general cleaning and minor repairs if the vehicle has major issues, then the cost of major repairs would reduce the value of the vehicle.

We talked about a **** f350 he said great and had it moved over to the store in ******* north and scheduled a time for me to come to drive and get it well none of this happened other than I drove 200 miles 1 way for a truck that was advertised in there system and wasn't even the right 1. Let alone cleaned and in street legal condition that's 400 miles in fuel and 10 hours of my time that was waisted I think I need to at least be reimbursed for the fuel at 400 18 = ***** gallons. *****!!! The salesmen ****** and ***** said they have seen this happen b4 and tried telling the main office to stop hourly pay 30 hr 10 300 dollars

We set appointments for clients the **** F-350 that was a diesel that the client wanted to look at is the one that was at the dealership. The appointment was set for a day that the client stated he was going to be in ******* that is the reason there was a appointment set but the customer has been in touch with the other 3 dealerships out of 4 and knew that he would have a hard time with that price range. We do not owe the customer for his time or fuel in this matter he is the one that set the appointment and came up to look at the vehicle.

Yes I understand ur the big business and I'm the little bad guy but I'll give u a bad rep on every social media platform and every truckstop there is from West coast to east coast I'm a truck driver and we do get around. I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee about 3 months ago from ***** Auto Credit. This has been the worst experience ever. When I bought the vehicle they never detailed the vehicle it was very dirty on the inside, but I decided to buy it because they promised to detail it at a later time, which they never did. I had it for about a week and had to take it back to them to get the brakes fixed. The brake pads were completely gone and it was grinding metal on metal. So they obviously never gave it a good inspection before they sold it to me. Luckily I bought a warranty with the vehicle because I'm sure I would have had to pay to get the brakes fixed if I didn't have a warranty. So I got the car back after they fixed my brakes and only drove it for 3 more days before it the engine started over heating and it wasn't shifting right. So I had to take it back to them and they said it had a blown head gasket. I hadn't had the vehicle for 2 weeks before all this happened. It took them forever to diagnose the problem and they eventually told me that I was going to have to replace the whole motor because it was ruined. Thank goodness I bought that warranty because the warranty was going to pay for them to put a new motor in it. They have had my vehicle for over 2 month's now and I still have not gotten it back. It has been a huge inconvenience not having a vehicle. I have had to pay over 800 dollars in taxi and **** rides to be able to get to work every day. They did not give me rental vehicle to use while they have had my car all his time. Every time I call them to ask about my vehicle they are very rude and have even hung up on me a couple of times. There managers the re are a joke and have no customer service skills at all. ************************ isn't any better either. I still don't know when I'm going to get my vehicle back and this whole experience has been a complete nightmare! I would definitely reconsider your options if your thinking about buying a vehicle from them.

Mr. little purchased a vehicle from us on 2/16/2024. A week later he called and mentioned that he was experiencing some issues with his brakes and Auto Credit not only resolved the issue, but did not charge the customer for the repairs. About a week later, the customer called again with some more issues with the vehicle. After diagnosing the vehicle again, it was deemed that his vehicle would need a new motor. On 3/18/24 a new motor was order which took about a week to be delivered and about another week or so to install it. Once the engine was installed Auto Credit had to send the vehicle to the manufacturer so it could be programed.

During the time of installation and programing, Mr. ****** would call multiple times PER DAY, to see when his vehicle would be ready. EVERYONE at the dealership would let him know the status and advised him that we would call him when the work was completed. **************** complained that he has had to pay out of his pocket for transportation to and from work, yet his service contract that was offered to him and signed by him covers a rental vehicle.

Inconclusion, Auto Credit has replaced brakes at no cost to the customer, and Mr. ****** will not incur any cost for the replacement of the engine either.

I would like to be able to respond back To Aut Credits response. My Jeep still has alot of proems that **** didn't fix when they had my vehicle for over 2 months. In fact my vehicle has more problems then fom when I got it back from them. My vehicle wont go in *******, it wont go over 40 miles per hour. It dies at random times, the ac doesn't work and neither does my windshield washer fluid. All of these things worked before I took my vehicle into them to get ot worked on. I called them about it and they said thy wont fix anything and hung up on me. This is so unfair.

After picking up ****************** vehicle from the Jeep Dealership we had a mechanic drive his vehicle over 50 miles back to our store and everything was working as it should. After a few weeks **************** called and said his vehicle was having a few issues and we told him that he had to schedule an Appointment for us to take a look at it and we would let him know what the diagnoses would be. Just like the previous phone calls **************** started yelling and cursing at us, at that time we told him to take his vehicle somewhere else. Auto Credit has gone over and beyond to help Mr. ****** with ZERO cost to him for the repairs that were done.

I purchased 2013 **** Edge on May 31, 2023 from dealer. Within 90 days the brakes had bled and failed. I had it towed to dealer under Implied Warranty of Merchantability due to it being sold in an unsafe condition. A repair was attempted in September of 2023. Beginning of January 2024 the brakes bled out again and I had no brakes. I hired another mechanic who found that the entire braking system was in poor repair, it was not repaired correctly and left in an unsafe condition. This all falls under Washington State's Implied Warranty of Merchantability as the vehicle was sold in an unsafe and therefore undrivable condition.I need the vehicle returned and or repaired and compensation for monies spent repairing vehicle and compensation for payments as vehicle was never safe to be driven in any normal condition.

      Complaint: 21350833

I am rejecting this response because: I have proof with video and pictures that other than the front pads, the dealership did not replace any of the parts mentioned in good faith or otherwise. I have already attempted repairs on this vehicle in excess of what is reasonable, my mechanic will testify with a sufficient burden of proof and evidence that the vehicle in question was not sold in accordance with Washington State's Implied Warranty of Merchantability. The calipers were not replaced, in fact the rear calipers were rusted in a frozen position, the rotors were not replaced, in fact they were not even resurfaced, and were sufficiently warped enough that calipers could not make sufficient contact. The *** module had been tampered with but not replaced, the master cylinder was fouled and would not send sufficient pressure to the rear of the vehicle and needed to be replaced, and the wheel speed sensors were corroded and fouled. This vehicle was allowed to sit for an extraordinary amount of time without corrosion control mainentance procedures being applied and I have sufficient proof that this vehicle was also not repaired correctly in September of 2023. Furthermore, the differential and transfer case were not inspected as they are in desparate need of service which proves that the vehicle's transmission system was not inspected to ensure the safety of the vehicle.  Auto Credit Sales jeopardized the safety of me and my family by initially allowing this vehicle to be sold with full knowledge that it had not been properly maintained and then showed gross negligence in its repair 3 months later. Auto Credit Sales has no integrity and I demand that this vehicle be returned to them, the cost of the vehicle's repairs and car payments be returned, and that my contract be null and void as the dealership violated Washington State Implied Warranty of Merchantability.

      Sincerely,

      *******************************

      Customer Answer

      Date: 03/11/2024

Auto Credit Sales has stated that I have waived Implied Warranty of Merchantibility with my signature. Unfortunately per, ***************************************, which is the Attorney General's summary of  RCW 62A.2-314, the following is stated: " The implied warranty cant be waived under any circumstance if a written warranty is offered with the car or the customer purchases an extended service warranty from the dealer within 90 days of buying a used car." In other words, the second they sold me an extended warranty the paperwork I signed waiving implied warranty was void, moot, trash, rubbish, useless. They sold me an AUL extended warranty Contract number SNIDBB31622E23 on 5/31/23 which is the date of sale of the vehicle in question.

Therefore, their position that the implied warranty of Merchantibility is waived is false, their claim that the car was repaired to satisfaction and safety In september is false, and I expect full compensation.

      Customer Response:
********************** Sales continues to avoid facts and avoid the issue at hand.
Attached is my phone log showing two outgoing calls to their dealership and two emails to the salesman that sold the vehicle to me. I think it is obvious what the truth is and it is not that I did not try to contact them.
Furthermore, it is IRRELEVENT if they told me to get the car repaired using my warranty as the vehicle was sold to me in an unsafe condition, was returned to dealership to fix said issues, and then returned to me without the car being put into a sound and safe condition.
To summarize: I did contact the dealership repeatedly and the car is fixed, Auto Credit Sales is responsible for said repairs under Washington States Implied Warranty of Merchantability as the vehicle was sold in an unsound and unsafe condition and then improperly repaired by dealership. The purpose of Implied Warranty of Merchantability per the Attorney General of ****************:

Washington consumers have a right to trust that any purchased vehicle will be reasonably SAFE, efficient and comfortable.
If a customer has MAJOR PROBLEMS with the vehicle, then the dealer may be obligated to meet the customers request for repairs or repayment of the purchase price.

Updated rejection statement per BBB request:

Per *********************************************** a customer has major problems with the vehicle, then the dealer may be obligated to meet the customers request for repairs or repayment of the purchase price.

As they refused to repair the vehicle at time of the initial complaint, and as I have already made repairs at my own expense, then I am now requesting "repayment of the purchase price."

They had their opportunity to be reasonable and either repair vehicle or reimburse expenses and they have refused.

Please start arbitration process and provide forms to initiate.

      Customer Answer

      Date: 04/15/2024

Auto Credit Sales (And the BBB has also implied) that I am requesting maintenance reimbursement. This is false. I have never requested anyone pay for the maintenance on this vehicle. Failure of the braking system is not a maintenance issue it is a total system failure issue. One which was caused by Auto Credit Sales not the normal operation of this vehicle. The failure of the braking system, per my mechanic, was failure to sell this vehicle in a sound mechanical condition due to improper maintenance standards. Auto Credit Sales not only sold the vehicle in this condition, but then failed to AGAIN put the vehicle right in September of 2023, and DID NOT replace any of the parts they stated replacing. My mechanic also contacted Auto Credit Sales and was told false information by the service department.

Once again, as Auto Credit Sales refuses to reimburse repair and payments and refuses to ensure this vehicle is safe and comfortable, then they need to pay for the purchase price of the vehicle as that is the only other option per ***************************************

If we want to continue to conflate issues, and twist words this is going to be a very difficult resolution for one party.

This complaint is resolved to tautology credit sales satisfaction due to the  BBB allowing the business a response time often greater than 30 days while closing my complaint immediately when not meeting their arbitrary standard which is IMPORTANT because it allows the business to wage a war of attrition against the consumer. I never received an arbitration response of yes or no to arbitration and never through out this process was my comfort treated with the same protection as the business received.

I purchased a SUV from them, trading in my vehicle and putting 500 down. They only offered a 6mo warranty for a big increase in the monthly payments. *********** said I didn't need it, cause what was going to happen in 6 months. He was just trying to make a sale. In the first 5 days of owning the car I was left stranded about 60 miles from home. They took it into their shop and said it was fixed. Then when driving the car next it broke again, this happened 2-3 more times. They then told me to take it to the dealership cause it needed a new computer and they would split the cost. In the meantime I have asked many times to just put in in a different vehicle and they stated the numbers didn't work. The dealership informed me there was internal engine issues. I informed auto credit of this and they told me there was a misunderstanding and they would call the dealership. They then called me back and lied saying the dealership had misinformed me. I called the dealership back and they said auto credit lied to me and there is. Auto credit insists I move forward with the computer. 2 months later the computer was installed and when I went to pick it up there is another issue for over a thousand dollar repair. When I called to discuss this with auto credit the manager was extremely rude stating "I read your ****** review" like I didn't have a valid reason to be completely frustrated and upset. I have now made 3 payments on a car that has been in the shop 5 days after driving it off that lot, and **** in repairs and a quote of 10k for engine repairs. I strongly feel they knew about all these issues and didn't care since there is no protection for the people against ***** used car lots

      TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

When the customer purchased this vehicle she was offered a service contract. She opted not to purchase one. The customer was made fully aware of the vehicle being purchased 100% as is NO PROTECTION. (see attached WE OWE DOCUMENT) This was discussed in detail with the customer. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle she began having issues with the car. We addressed the issues with no cost to the customer. One of the issues persisted and had to be sent to the dealership and we agreed to cover 50% of the cost of the computer repair at that time which has been taken care of.

Attached is a copy of the We Owe and the Federal Buyers Guide that has a list of some of the major problems a used car can have.

The dodge dealership did inform auto credit that there is a internal engine issue. Auto credit did pay half the price for the computer, but when I told auto credit that this would probably not fix the issue they assured me that it would. Now after the job was completed and I got the car back, after driving it 3 short times the car is again broken down and left me stranded. As of now the car is sitting in the valley unable to drive again. Warranty or not nobody should pay 13k for a car have to instantly put in **** and still have a broken car. I have asked for many resolutions and have only been treated badly because I spoke my situation on ******* I have even asked to speak to the district manager, only to be denied.

August 05, 2023 I put a down $1000 on a **** Chrysler PT Cruiser. Financed for $4187. Total after all payments and taxes $7074.Immediately after I drove away I was experiencing loss of control when I went over any bumps. I took the car back to the car dealership and told the sales *******************. He replied that I can **************** as soon as I get some of his car paid off. A friend of mine went back to car lot with me demanding that they fix it because it was a danger to myself and other people on the road. It was too worn bearings in the front end and worn out struts on the rear. The manager ***** said he would cover the expenses to fix the car. I picked the car up 2 Days later with no receipt available, after a few days I realized only the rear struts were replaced not the bearings in the front end. This poses a problem as the wheel can come off the car while driving. My work involves driving up to an hour away from home each week day. I got an estimate for $1,100 to fix the problem. Auto credit sales sold me a vehicle that is a danger on the road.

I am getting calls from the credit company they use for collections about a bill for somebody I was written down as a reference for. I am not a co-signer but I am being harassed to get ahold of the person that wrote me down as a reference. This company has no business calling my phone to harass me over bills I didnt co-sign or sign for and when I called back to let them know how I felt, using the freedom of speech weve been given here in the U.S. and I get told I dont have to deal with this just to get hung up on. Well I dont want to deal with them calling my phone for a bill that isnt mine so there is zero accountability for these companies and I consider the auto credit company to be the parent of the 2 but they just shuffle responsibility and accountability to their credit company and they wont accept any accountability either. They acted like this is normal to do. I get enough calls from my own bill collectors. I dont have any bills with them myself so they they need to leave me the f*ck alone and stop calling people that arent even co-signers for the bills of concern. It has nothing to do with me. They woke me up for nothing.

We are sorry that you have been called by the finance company we have no part of that we just sell the vehicles if a client put you down as a referance the finance company will call referances trying to get a message to the client not to get anything other than that.

Again we are sorry that you are getting called but we do not have anything to do with that. Please contact the finance company that called you and let them know you cannot help them with the client they are calling  on and they should be able to note not to call you but we are not sure of what they do.

      thank you

I purchased a used 2013 **** Escape towards the end of April, this year in 2023. ****** the sales manager at the post falls location is the one who went over my contract and information with me. In my contract it states that the car would have a full windshield replacement, and a full inside car detailing. The down payment was 1,000$ which I payed 500$ the day of purchase and then the rest was supposed to be payed 2 weeks after. The day they did the detailing it was at the shop over 5 hours, the car had a quick shampooing (floors were still so disgusting and dirty, everywhere else had a quick wipe down and they made sure to use a lot of air freshener to make it smell like they did something. I took pictures and asked a few people their opinions and they said that it had not been detailed . 2 days later my car smells of mildew from floor boards and the smell hasnt left. I made sure to leave a piece of trash in the back left side door to see if they would of moved it to clean inside the door, that trash was still there. Having to deal with all that, and still have a busted windshield (how they sold it to me) , I have called so many times I lost count trying to get this windshield replaced. When i finally made contact ****** set up an appointment with the guy they went through for windshield at the time, I set up two appointments with him, one time having to miss work to make sure i could be there when he showed up for the appointment, both times a no show. I had to call multiple times to ****** and he said he would call me back when he finds a new window guy because that one had too many complaints from others. Its going on 4 months and havent heard a single thing about the windshield, I called so many times and left messages with the other men ****** works with and still havent got a call back. My husband has done the same with no return. Even the finance company has tried reaching out regarding my problem and they were told by him he would call. still waiting.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have tried reaching out over and over and there is no way to leave messages, so i have left multiple messages with the men that answer the phone. I have yet to receive even ONE call back from ******. My husband and my mother have also left messages with whoever answers the phone with no return call.
      Sincerely,

We bought the vehicle March 14th 2023 from Post Falls branch of Auto Credit Sales, upon leaving the dealership the we realized that the headlight was out, they said it would be fixed the following day, March 15th, we called the 15th and they said they were here too busy to help us. We brought it in the 16th to be fixed, they replaced the bulb and returned the car to us. The new bulb did not work and when we informed them of the faulty repair, we were told they would order parts and fix it, we brought the vehicle in around the 23rd of June and it was there for about two weeks they said the car almost caught fire because the of headlights and wiring issues, but returned it to us informing us that the issue had been resolved. It wasnt fixed. Then they said they needed to order more parts. It went in the 17th of July and we got it back the 19th of July and we had to take it in on the 20th of July once again. We have had the car less than two months of the four months it was owned, they have said it will be fixed many times and they have failed to fix it. I have gotten tickets for the headlights going out and have paid two of them after having been forgiven by the judge two times. After returning to the dealership to convey my frustration respectfully and professionally I was verbally assaulted by both my sales representative and then the general manager of the store. I have asked for them to help me get into a fully functioning vehicle, or to allow me to turn the car in and have the loan forgiven and have been rejected and refused stating bring it in so we can fix it or your on your own. After the most recent attempt at repairing the vehicle, they returned it to me with parts in the backseat, the e-brake has lost all functionality although it shows on the dash that it is always activated. The trunk also does not open. We have a warranty purchased with the vehicle and have not only had no repairs completed, but have only received more damage from this dealership.
