Not sure on amount of money to be paid, we bought a car from them two weeks later the transmission went out took the car back the said the transmission was under warranty and we had the ability to get a rental, and the warranty would cover the rental, so a month later we get the car back, after paying for the rental I believe it was $2000 that I paid, the service manager said he would submit the warranty for the rental, and three months later nothing, I call all the time no ones answers and if they oh its on the way or I dont know why it hasnt came yet, I cancel the payment and redo it. Just keep going I circles and no payment.Business Response

I called to confirm a service appointment and had a sales technician get up set because I pushed the wrong number. I asked if he could page service department, he said yes but they probably won't hear it. I stated I would wait. He then picked the phone back up laughed and hung up the phone. I called back and asked to speak to an admin. It was the same guy that answered the phone and said he would take a message I asked when I may hear from someone. He said he didn't know and didn't care, the made comments about me being a piece of ****, and stated I was stupid. He also made comments about wanting to fight and not call the police. The name was ****** or something like that. I did report this to crime check as well.Business Response

On January 31st hayden ********************** ran my credit without my permission. They got permission from someone that was not me and copied my information from when I did get a vehicle there over a year ago. No call to ask if it was okay just a call asking when I was coming in to sign paperwork for being a CO signer I didn't agree too, I told them I will not be signing that paperwork as I didn't agree to be a co signer, and they should of called and asked before copying my information from a vehicle I got there. They need to be held accountable for their actions.Business Response

On January 2nd 2023 I went in to Auto credit sales in ****** *****. I dont have a co signer so we did the first time buyers program. I found the vehicle I was looking at online and we sat down to figure out the car deal. We got everything figured out and went back to financing and signed all the papers and they took my $1,000.00 down payment and set me off in the vehicle. Two days later they call me and said that I need a co signer so I had my father call but he ended up not being able to co sign. So I called and let them know that I was having long time family friend call so they could get his info and we could figure out what we needed to do. I told them that the guy didnt get off work till about 5-5:30 pm so they wouldnt get a call from him till around that time. They close at 7 pm. *** called they didnt answer so he tried to call again and still no answer so he left a voicemail leaving his name and number and what he was calling about and they have yet to return his call. Then on Tuesday January 10th the salesperson called me and said that I still need a co signer and I explained that he had been trying to call but no one will call him back. Everytime we call no one answers and no one calls back. He gave me his cellphone number to have pat call when he got off and when *** got off he tried to call a couple times and still no answer. So yesterday January 12th I tried calling around 12:30pm and no one answered and I left a voicemail and still no returned phone call. I dont know what im supposed to do. I would rather bring the vehicle back and get my down payment back.Customer Answer

I bought a 2016 dodge Ram from them in April 2022. In July I was driving down the freeway and it made a loud clunk and it was dead in its tracks..turns out it needed a new fuel pump water pump and injectors and my exhaust system needed replaced..after 4 months of not having my and **** dollars later in repairs I have it back. However the sales manager said that there is no way it was like that here, at first they refused to help told me I was a liar on multiple phone conversations. One salesman stated that their mechanic is not a very good one and only gets things running then when I bring up that conversation to a manager ** again called a liar. This was the second truck I bought from here and my first experience was great thats why i went back..and now Im in debt over loans I had to take out to make the repairs so I could have a working vehicle for work. They did agree and did pay 500 towards my repair bill however Im left trying to pay off a **** dolllar loan because of the dishonesty and just disrespect of how all of this was handled. I truly hope they see the error of their ways, because they sure changed my life and not for the better. Ive never been treated with the worst customer service after, they wanted to do nothing to make it right. They asked me if I got the warranty, they never offered me any they stated it did not have any warranty and had me sign the no warranty paperwork. Shows a lot about the company and they need to help accountable for their actions and their lies and deceit. Whats it going to take? A death? A serious injury?Business Response

We are very sorry that you had a mechanical issue but we have no way of knowing that a fuel pump was gonna go out 3 months after the sale of the vehicle. We did step up and help with $500.00 as agreed at the time you came to us with the problem. The vehicle was sold as is attached is the federal buyers guid the implied warranty and the we owe that shows the vehicle was as is and the client was aware of that.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: It was not only the fuel pump, it was Fiume pump, the injectors, gaskets, and the exhaust system. When I bought the truck I was told the only issues were the brake fluid sensor is broke and the fan peice thats in the front of the truck. So for there to be all of that wrong with it seems quite off to me. Yes you did pay the ********************* my first email. But it was not at first it was multiple calls from my mother in law. I also have the mechanic stating that there is no way this truck was sold without them knowing these issues were there which they are willing to write a statement saying. Again the first time I came to you guys and bought my truck it was great even this second time was great until it came down to a challenge and then you all decided to clam up. So thats really to bad that this is how business is done. And from reading all your other reviews on the BBB Im not the only victim of your deception. I hope you all seriously change your ways. On June 7, 2022 I purchased a 2010 **** F-150 from Auto Credit in Post Falls for $18,479.88 . They told me the truck was in great condition with no issues. After purchasing it I found out the roof was not sealed and water leaks into the cab when it rains, the steering rack needed replaced which a mechanic quoted me $1300, and the rocker panels are completely rusted out and crumbles in my hand. Which is very dangerous if involved in an accident. When I brought all these issue to auto credit they offered no resolution other than I could buy another car from them.Business Response

The said vehicle was sold as is we have attached the buyers guide that the client has signed and on the back of the document it list defects a used vehicle may have and under fram and body one of the defects is rust it also list other defects for like steering.
If the cleint is having mechanical issues the client did purchase a Service contract that might cover the issue.
the client is more then welcome to come back in and purchase another vehicle and use this one as a trade in.
