    Sold my daughter a 2010 ***************** seven months ago that broke down multiple times while she was away at college and finally had the engine seize. Total loss. Take your buisness elsewhere!

    Purchase date 7/13/23. I understand your frustration but nine months later with the car in ******* makes it difficult to find a solution here.

    Absolutely worst experience buying a car from them. I had car problems right off the lot and they couldnt even provide me with the correct paperwork for the car I had just paid cash for. Their mechanic, ***** advised me that I have to go to the better gas stations and get the premium gas and that will fix all the problems. ***** also said that the knocking sound that was coming from the engine was my hood prop rattling because I didnt snap it into place. I told him I thought it was odd that the sound stops after the car warms up. He then responded again that I need to go to the better gas stations and not buy cheap gas. ********, horrible, experience with them. I eventually gave up after about 6 months on trying to make them be responsible for the c*** they sold me. I didnt have a warranty however, it was way less than 24 hours and the car had problems. Do yourself a favor and find a better car lot to buy a car from as that was ****** fix for everything.

    Purchase date: August 14, 2018 Review date: October 21, 2022 Please let the following serve as a response to the attached review:Dear ******************, I've spent some time the last two days trying to research your transaction. I do see that you purchased the vehicle in August 2018 and had it in our shop in 2019. There are no records after that which makes this response rather difficult over 4 years later. I'm not sure that it matters at this point, but we do keep copies of all paperwork on file for 7 years and getting you copies (now or then) would be no problem at all. As far as the issues with the vehicle, you would be amazed how often poor quality fuel causes problems with newer vehicles even though it sounds like that wasn't the case here. I appreciate your feedback and I do hope that ultimately it turned out to be a good vehicle for you. Sincerely, *****************************
