    Last night I was awakened at 7pm by a loud knock on the door. Somebody was knocking and shouting HELLO! I ignored it but he then started knocking on the **** and shouting. I finally got dressed and opened up, in case somebody was trying to warn me of a fire or something. It was a *** salesman. He was just as persistent, wouldn't take NO for an answer though I kept saying I DON'T WANT IT! Finally he walked away after scaring me shitless.I was already disgusted with TDS after this summer when they parked their excavator in the middle of my yard and ran it loudly for several days. THIS IS ATROCIOUS AND HORRIBLE!

    I stopped my TDS service because the price kept going up a couple times in two months and when I asked them why they said well something ran out well they couldnt tell me what they could tell me what to do to change it and they said they give me a discount but the discount, even with the discount The amount was more than I had been paying. I spoke with a person there discontinued the service she had a box sent to me which I returned the parts in. She told me my final bill which they took out on April 20 and I assume that they would stop the automatic payment but on May 14, they took out a payment even though I didnt have their services anymore, I called them and ask them about it. All the could tell me was well were sorry your automatic deduction hadnt been stopped. Well I said I didnt have the services anymore and I needed that money for medication and she said well theres nothing we can do were sorry youll get a **** card in 60 to 90 days , I explained to her that my medicine was supposed to be coming on May 24. I was going to run out and she said there was nothing they could do. I talked to a supervisor named ***** and she agreed with the first person and said well were sorry we understand your frustration. I explain to her that I needed the medication and she said theres nothing they can do. So I guess if you stop the services then so sad too bad if they make a mistake theyre there is no recourse. I have to wait 60 to 90 days. I still have bills to pay. And Im paying for a different service. Even though its less than what I was paying through TDS, I still needed that extra money because I planned on it for medication. I did try to go online and find out if they stopped everything. I couldnt sign in

    I was solicited, like all neighbors in my community, by a TDS employee to pay $25 to reserve my rate of $25 a month for 1g service that was supposed to be available in 1 years time. tI took well over 2 years before they we close to offering service. While the service people are pleasant on the phone, everythuing else is terrible! I have been waiting for their product to work for nearly 2 months. I signed up for 600m service. I got 444m in my garage where they never should have installed the product. I have multiple screen shots of my phone and laptop rarely getting over *****m. They are billing me for 2 months of service that was NEVER rendered. They damaged my siding and my drywall. And they cut a hole in the middle of my new asphalt driveway (which is on my property, without easement) with no attempt to get permissionfrom me. No wonder they have an F rating and cannot be BBB acredited. I will rezearch what I can do to get them to repair my driveway, replace my siding, fix my drywall, and paint the new siding and drywall repair.

    FLABBERGASTED. TDS has no information on when service will be available in our neighborhood despite tearing up our roads and property three (3) full years ago to lay fiber optic cable. I paid a $25 reservation fee in early 2020 (maybe even 2019) which TDS does have record of and acknowledges. However, for the past year all my calls to their various offices have resulted in NO INFORMATION on when the service will be available, but were working on it. I will file complaints with the *************, Ada County, and the ************** plus contact my elected representatives to find out what this fly-by-night company is doing in ***** and what financial incentives were involved in their being able to do business here.
