      I have tried to cancel my order due to ****** shopping phishing.I have serached new Airpod **** not used.According to ****** shopping. I didn't see any mention about the refurbished item, and I have placed an order.I don't see any cancel option for my order.If I was going to buy a refurbished item, I can get it cheaper than what I have paid for.Even description did not mention any accessories such as the Case for Airpod Max.Item does not come with bacis accessories.I have called left VM and email and chat with their support.They have told me refuse **** package, but **** package deliver does not press the doorbell, they just leave it without notify the receiver.They can't cancel my order. it has not been 10 hours since i made my order.

      The information we send ****** includes whether or not an item is new or refurbished.  When searching in English, this is clearly displayed as refurbished, but we can't comment on the language used in the screenshot the customer provided.  We expect that it also indicates that it was refurbished, but we can't be sure.  In addition, as shown on the attached screenshot from our website where the purchase was made, the item is clearly labelled as refurbished.  

      We attempted to cancel the order per the customer's request, but the item was already in the shipping process at the warehouse so we were not able to hold the shipment.  Most customers appreciate items shipping out quickly, but per our return policy, the customer may return the item as a change of mind within 30 days of receipt.

      I made two orders from this site and never received the items they are saying that I gave them an address that is not mine,but they delivered these items to this business by FedX,and I never received them, when I questioned them they said that it was delivered there on yesterday Oct.4,I went to this company and was told neither order was received there,the problem I am having with them is this I never gave them this address as mine or my billing address,so I would like the product that was order or my money returned,I am seventy three years of age and I cant afford this type of mistake,thank you in advance.

      Two orders were placed and they were delivered to the address supplied at the time of the order which is also confirmed via our invoice that was emailed to the customer when the order was placed.  We deliver items using the information supplied by the customer and while we understand the customer may have entered an incorrect address that is an error the customer must take responsibility for.

There is a ******** th avenue but that wasnt even the address they had on the invoice so they say. I have lived in this city since **** and there is no way I wouldve entered this address, I order online all the time.

      The address as provided by the customer is the same address as listed in our systems with no record of a change.  It is also the same address listed in the credit card payment gateway that we have no control over and it's the same address as listed in our fraud systems (a 3rd party provider).  Finally, it is the same address as shown on all of our email order confirmations which the customer received and opened.  While we fully understand this is not what the customer was expecting, this was not an error on our part and we shipped the product as requested at the time the order was placed.

      contacted Until Gone regarding defective IPad they sent me. They sent me a return label to return to sender. ***** attempted to deliver the package to the address on the return label and were unable as no longer there. I have contacted until gone again via email with no response, paypal has contacted Until Gone with no response.       I recently entered a contest to win a gift card from untilgone.com. I purposely waited on purchasing just in case I won. I get a text that I won $100 gift card. When Im ready to check out it didnt work and I received a text says opsie our last text was a mistake. That text was received 30 minutes later. But they offered 10% off. I contacted the company as this is not good business and they would not honor the original notification of the $100 gift card. Feels like a bait and switch and very poor business

      I to have a small business and if theres an error we do the right thing by our customers and potential customers. Because the mistake isnt the fault of the customer but ours. Plus in the long run the customer is happy customer will spend well over the discount offered over the time of the relationship. Also I would like to see proof that this message was sent to everyone and not just a bait and switch. Because this comes across like very unfair business practices.

      I was contacted via text message with a photo stating I wont $100 gift card to UntilGone.com followed by another message immediately after containing a legitimate link to UntilGone.com.I went to their support page because Ive heard of the website but never used it, and double checked if I had an account, to which I do not. I contacted support and no real direct answer. I then got another text message saying that it was their mistake (I never responded to the text) and offering a 10%off code and another link. To which I then responded knowing that it is illegal to send marketing texts or emails that were unsolicited and further more, false advertisement and clickbait.I will also be filing a complaint with the **** This is violation of the CANSPAM ACT.

I never did get that money back and then there comes to me trying to get in touch with them about the blink camera systems and now lately it is about the iMac computer and the iPad that I bought from them the very first day that I ever even heard of or seen there web site I spent well over $1000.++ dollars in there web site and now that I need to use the extended warranty and also talk to them about the other one to see what we could do about it I just always get sent to a quere now ever since the problem we had with the third order listed here in which I never did get my money back they owed me on that and so that was a scam in itself but now I am being scammed they will not return my messages left and I bought these extended warranties for the reason I am needing it now with the iMac computer the second one listed and then the iPad Pro air 9 the first listed to see what we can do or if I even have any options with that one with the extended warranty which I never reciev

      excuse me but why have I been band because I want what is owed to me and that I purchased from your website and the fact that your employees are the ones with the abusive nature.. You dont talk to someone like as if I am a child that if I dont respond to ******** in 2 hours my case is closed well since when does ******** now my life or my schedule and since when does she call the shots with my money.. whats abussive to you because I said that I would see her in court for not doing what your warehouse even said was a partial order and for some reason that email came up to ******** yesterday about the one I sent saying I would take the paper work to my attorney and see you in court but you know what I really could now because fraudulently you as a company have went back in and changed my receipt and the supposed ad that was advertised to read in your favor as to what that was what was originally purchased and advertised when it has been altered and if I have so been banned how did I just make a purchase last week against my better judgement but for a vehicle code reader to read the codes of what is wrong if anything with your car for diagnostic testing knowledge and further more I purchased a IMAC computer from you with a extended warranty and that shall stand or I am going to now if this is considered abusive to you it is not but I am going to demand the return of my money and or I guess I will do what I have to do and ****** money to do what I have to do because the computer is locked up apple has already seen and read the receipt and we both have copies of it as well as the warehouse that shipped it and emailed them that I can not get into my iMac seeing as my house was broken into and my iPad I bought from you was stolen and I had insurance on it as well and tried to get into touch with you to get you to help with the find me app to locate it to bring charges against the person it appeared at and by the time I reached out to apple it had been over twenty four hours and it only records the last known place for the first twenty four hours after locking it up and for you to use the find my app and my IMac is locked up too that I paid for extra thee years of warranty and insurance both on the iPad and the computer and I do expect that to be honored or there is another crime that has taken place and more money embezzled by your company from a consumer when it hasnt even bee. A year yet of owning the computer and apple can not and will not help me because there is no serial number on the receipt to the purchase of the computer and insurance/warranty plan of three years that they can not help me even though I got the box the warehouse shipped from the receipt for it and the iPad both showing the insurance o. It but neither one has a serial number of the product you sold me and no paperwork came in with the shipments the only paper work that there is is that that I printed off at time of purchase just like the email that for some reason piped up out of no where yesterday and I am busy with another important matter I just hit send to get it out of my way because I was irritated and couldnt get it to close and it sure funny how fast your team replied to it that I just seen before this and wanted to know how my  experience was with your customer service rep ******** and for some odd reason I can not even sign into my account or get a forgot password reset message now if that happen to be what the problem is is the wrong password but I can not even get the email to reset my password to even get to my receipts or to be able to reply to you team asking me how satisfied I was with ********* help and you know what that message was from back in march and now I would like you to show me what you say is abusive that I was blocked for and what it was said abusive because you where ripping me off and owed me a third of the money you charged me back because it was a partial order and even your warehouses receipt said partial order the one I sent to them when chatting in about this order and a couple others and it said right on the print out and the copy of the screen shot I had on my old phone that it was a partial order when it was suppose to be 3x3 lights rechargeable lights meaning three boxes of three lights in each set for a total of 9lights for $72 something and you have went back and altered the receipt and made it read two boxes of total of six lights cause I looked last week and it also doesnt have the warehouses note that it was a partial order that I only recieved two boxes out of the three cause they couldnt fulfill the order that it was a partial order so you owed me a third of the $72 and change back cause you charged me for all three and I look last week and you have fraudulently changed the receipt and purchase document on that order and you know that is a very big crime against a company and embezzlement is a very big criminal act to commit as a company from a consumer that finacially was a very good consumer spending over $1000 dollars with your website the very first day that I ever seeen nor heard of and ever made any purchases from or knew anyone else who had either but I spent over $1,00 dollars the very first day ever seeing hearing and shopping on your website and have been and was a good customer and obviously still am if I just purchased something last week that happen to see when I logged onto the site that funny how I can not right now right before seeing this and seeing a reply from. Your team asking me how satisfied I was with your customer service rep ******** s help to me and when I answered and it asked me to log in I went to and I was thinking at first when opening the email it was going to be on the order of the computer with the information on  and worth the purchase of the computer so apple can help me and also a form of payment from you to apple store seeing as to where I bought a 3year insurance plan from you and it hasnt even been a year and can not get a response from you so I have to involve the BBB to get a response and I would like to see and not a fraudulent doctored up document about what you say and are saying is abusive nature because frustrated is not abusive and when you live on a fixed income being called a liar when your own receipt before doctored and fraudulently changed to read what I recieved was what was being sold and some how the whole warehouse notes and notation is gone and it reads two boxes of 3 for a total of sixs lights when it was theee boxes of three a total of nine lights and what I got was two boxes of three a total of sixs lights in which the receipt has been doctored to read that and you know that is considered to be highly illegal to go back and fraudulently change a sale and what was sold and what was the original advertisement for it to be changed as well that shows when you pull that receipt up I guess I should have printed that one off too but I was mor concerned about getting back into my computer to see what had been done to it because it was already jacked once so now my house gets broken into the iPad is gone my iPhone was buried underneath a bunch of paperwork that somewhere in that mess I still have to clean is that original receipt for the lights so now I can have a really big case against you if I find that receipt but I will also go ahead and check my email that popped up. Yesterday in my way frustrating me when I was in a hurry that I just hit send to get it out of my way I think the receipt is attached to that and ai do believe I took screen shots last week of what you changed the ad and the receipt to read the same and fraudulently may I add changed them both to read and work out to your favor which would be considered embezzlement charges on. You for not hiding funds cause that reads the same price but for fraudulently trying to deceive and make it read in your favor and the warehouse notes to of disappeared off of there so it is a good thing that the BabaN is involved because that will be a whole separate case and the iPad and computer either I want my money returned the ticket with the serial number on it so I can oh and a form of payment so I can have apple get into it and Warsaw Alll my information once they can legally prove it was purchased by me that computer and I still have its original shipping box and packing and you can send a paid return label printable that I can then after apple can Warsaw it and after I get back from my trip and have the time and appointment to travel to ***** ***** to the apple store to meet with them with a receipt that has the serial number of purchase I can get them to get into it legally and then have them upload what ai need to my iCloud account Warsaw the computer and pay them with your pos or form of payment for there services and then refund me both for the iPad and the insurance that I can not and couldnt get any help with when I couldnt find my iPhone and using my moms that was not connected to the find my app and my iPad computer and phone that it needed to be traced and locked up way before I was able to locate my phone that my moms phone was connected to in the find my app and able to see that it was still in the house and keep having it sound the noise for me to finally locat it and where it was at out of the disaster that they left of my desk and paperwork every where all over the floor the desk completely  destroyed locked out of my iMac that it is a firm ware password needed to unlock the computer to get back into it this being a extra security measure I find out about and why none of my passwords will work and also why I dont know a password to it because I never set a firmware password on the computer that or set a recovery key either one because apple advised me to turn off the recovery key and walked me through it because if for some reason I wasnt able to find that or ever remember that there would be no way for them to help me with my computer at all even they would be locked out of it but please present the abusive nature that is not frustration and your two employees calling me a liar and that your warehouse was lying about the partial order as to where my kids by the time you finally responded to my message was a week later and I am sorry with two broken ankles ai was not able to crawl around and search high and low for all six lights to take a picture that there was only six lights and not nine when you know what what does that matter really when anyone who didnt have broken ankles that after a weeks time your kids eventually want to play with things and I wasnt getting a response and young kids like things like that that light up and has remotes to them that I spent my days at the computer and my nights right down there on the floor in the same room as the computer because when I couldnt sleep from the pain I would get back onto the computer and the bathroom wasnt to far away and I was located central of bathroom and kitchen not at one end of the house or the other end plus ai was located right next to the front door to accept deliveries that came  so thats the room I lived in for months and just barely now makes three weeks ago finally got my left ankle out of the stabilizer boot when I BROKE THEM BOTH JANUARY 19th 2021 and unable to walk for a very long time and didnt go to a doctor right away and was out of town when it happened for my birthday thats what ai got for my Forty year old birthday and dont just one broken one but two broken ankles and then not going to a hospital or doctor right away telling myself they would heel wasnt necessarily my wises decision to not do and I didnt initially go because my insurance doesnt cover out of state medical and I was out of state when and wheres it happened and if you think about it the **rays just to take of each ankle would have been a good $2,000-2,500 dollars each ankle and then you add up the rest of that bill for the doctors nurses medications and most likely castes placed on and then a fee for medical equipment which would hof had to be a wheel chair and then it was bad enough my friend had to carry me to my car and into his home and I sat on my bed three days in pain with them getting me ice packs and  having to pee for three days holding it to where I couldnt no longer and my friend having to hold me up just to barely make it to the back door entrance to his room and pee from the door outside that was just a few steps away from my bed but I couldnt even hold myself up my friend thank god he is my best friend had to hold me up because I couldnt hold myself up or hold on to my you know to aim and pee and make sure it wasnt on the floor but out the door kind of situation and after a week of no reply I let my kids finally take them and play because I wasnt in the greatest of shape and them around my ankles bugging me and me in pain I let them take them to play with and then get a response the next day and I am sorry but with two broken ankles I can not go searching for magnetic rechargeable under the cabinet lights to take a picture of all six of them which in turn anybody could have taken a picture of six lights and left theee out of the picture and I didnt keep the boxes or packaging it came in around me because I obviously didnt think I would need it for the fact the original receipt read from your warehouse partial order and said only two of three boxes where sent it was a partial order so a third of the order I did not get because they ran out of stock as it said and didnt figure I would need all that to get a third of my money that was legitimately owed back to my card back when your ticket from the warehouse posted on it partial order when it said to me when I went to purchase them that they where out of stock so I didnt even plan on getting or expecting to get anything and didnt pay attention to my order  purchase history until they arrived and then I went back to see what you charged me since there was only two boxes of three and thats where I seen I was charged the full amount for three boxes of nine lights total and the slip from your warehouse clearly posted on it right in the middle of the top of the order form with the date time and the order being a partial order only had two of the three boxes because out of stock so it clearly reads partial order and now you say I am band because two employees are calling me a liar and expecting me to go around a 2,30@ sq ft home trying to locate all six that the kids have been playing with that are magnetic and with two broken ankles that I couldnt barely get to the bathroom and didnt feel like the kitchen and definitely not like eating or drinking much do to the pain anns the barely being able to get myself to the bathroom and back it was hard enough going to the floor and then from the floor back up to the chair at the desk to get onto the computer and now you want to say someone in pain being called a liar by two employees one that is communicating between ******** and I at the time calling me a liar and then receiving a email from ******** that I had two hours to respond to this email or the case is considered closed..  well excuse me but since when does ******** have the right to talk to me like that and I will respond to the email once I have the chance to get it let alone respond  to it but sorry in a mri machine and a doctors office before that and having **rays taken at the doctors office before the mri was ordered I can not even receive the email nor respond to it when I havent even had a chance to get it and be told that if I dont respond in two hours the case is closed and you where going to embezzle my third of money owed back to me and now you have basically embezzling the money of the computer and iPad and the warranty/insurance policies I purchased on them and want to say I was abusive well I would like to see a undoctored abusive mess and any more so just straight forward and ***** right back at ******** the way she was with me in her message and talk to me so that is considered abusive when you are ***** and stand up for yourself so let me see this abusive news and at the same time what do you call a customer service rep then who is abusive then in a email just the same and then you all fraudulently have doctored and changed the original receipt and how it read to fit your benifit and apple was on a screen share when that was even opened and noticed what you did and I said it right out loud o the phone how scandalous you where and the extent you went to to cover that up because I said I took the papers to my attorney it was completely changed to be in your favor of embarrassment of a third of my money but read differently not the price changed you are e smart enough there not to doctor per say the collected amount of money but you doctored the ad and document to read to the order as to what I recieved but not what originally was advertised and originally bought but told out of stock so I didnt even expect any and then get a delivery of two and go on to see if you charged me only for the two or if you charged me the $72 something for the Three boxes and thats what you have done you have also made it to where I can not get into touch with customer service support so there for can not get into touch about the insurance and also the serial number for appalled to legally fix it showing that I legally bought and owned that computer when the only place the serial number is located on is the computer itself so I can not get into touch with the insurance plans I purchased or the customer service to be able to get into touch with the insurance Nolans and to report stolen my iPad and have it locked and traced down to the last place it was powered on in the first twenty four hours of it being turned on last and the location and I had to use my moms iPhone to find mine or see if it was stolen too because her find my app was hooked to my phone but not to my iPad or my Mac computer only my phone was and it took me over twenty four hours to find my phone and where the noise was sounding from because I was so distraught and ****** off the way my house was and the way my computer was locked out of and my iPad and my iPhone missing but my ******* pad still on my desk where the iPad should have been right with it because the ******* pad was ontop the iPad that didnt even come in the bundle when I bought it the very first order the same day and it was suppose to be a bundle that never did come as a bundle it showed up no cover no screen protector no cord a charging plug and the iPad  is all that was in the box ansd I had to get into touch about that then I got the cover the cable and screen protector demolishished  and shattered so I wasnt even able to use my iPad when I got it waiting on the charging cable and the protectors then they rest was sent out to me carelessly and the screen protector shattered and then so I have to wait longer type in to support send pictures I n and then eecieved another careless packaged order the same thing when opened it there was two screen protectors sent and they both where shattered and I had to send pictures in three or four times about those and I finally said f it and  got tired of dealing with you over it and went and bought my own since I really already purchased one when purchasing the iPad bundle that that should have been a insurance claim made and me to get what I paid for or the money for the one I bought and thats why I bought the bundle but also the insurance plan just encase anything was to happen to it being a scratched or cracked screen lost stolen as it has been and it was like a huge ordeal trying to get what I purchased and it was something that became again irritating and not in the mood of continuously holding onto something that was sharp and I have kids and pets that it could easily cut you I know because I got cut by it and it could have been a insurance claim  for one cause it was broken went out but arrived broken so it could have been insured but after four times of sending pictures in and asking for the same thing proving with the package that it came in and also the screen protectors  all shattered with the package they arrived in and chatted in as soon as I got them and opened the package to find them shattered again and I wanted to play with my new iPad and at the same time though I wanted a screen protector so the screen wouldnt get scratched and finally had to go send my mother to the Best Buy store to buy a screen protector for it taking the iPad with her hoping they would have one like the guy said over the phone since it wasnt the newest model iPad  I wasnt sure me if I could find a screen protector here close or if I was going to have to order one off of Amazon  so now I need from you documentation with serial numberon it so they can unlock the firmware and then a pod or some sort of form of a payment to apple from you then also a paid return label to return it to you after receiving my refund back to my card with insurance refunded as well as well with the iPad and iPad insurance refund oas well and you can place the insurance claim on the iPad seeing as I now know why I wasnt responded too and the fact my insurance claim not able to be made or helped with the location of it within that twenty four hour time window or to lock it up and then make a insurance claim on it and once I receive  my refund s in full back to there payment cards both the insurance and the purchase price of each item I will send you back your computer once my refund is shown on my cards and then with your paid shipping label I will then be sending you your computer back after my stuff is lip loaded to my iCloud storage and erased the information of mine of the computer back to out the box startup mode and the iPad you can place the insurance claim on and you have the serial number on it so you can have apple place the find me on it so if ever powered up again it can be found and address sent to you within the twenty four hour window and the address and location I can erase it with my phone here that has the find me app on it and Warsaw my personal information just loose what I had on the iPad from not being able to have it found and uploaded to my iCloud but thats what It will have to be and I will go ahead and erase the pending erase thats on it and it will still be locked up but if ever powered on again you will be able to be notified by apple that the address and location of it is at because I will ave nice enough to leave it locked up for you so that can happen and I also am going to now file a case with those lights and the fraudulently doctored ad and receipt now read and what they originally where good thing for screen shots and old emails and I would love to see where I am abusive and anymore so differently returning the attitude that two customer service reps where giving me and calling me a liar and also the warehouse personnel that packed it sent it a notated it on the receipt because I got out of stock when I went to purchase them and so I didnt think I was getting anything or any of them because it came up out of stock but looked once they arrived at the purchased orders and then seen if you just charged me for the two out of the three boxes or if all theee where charged and all three wheres charged your receipt from the warehouse worker with date and time stamp of the packaging and noted partial order two out of the three boxes of three where sent  and the charge to my card and on the receipt was for all three boxes and then when on screen share with apple trying to get the receipt for the computer to print out because it would be up on the screen but then only print out the logo page and then then payment types accepted and the last page all blue but not the purchase receipt but dont worry I got that to print out later but while doing this on screen share we decided to try one of the other purchases to see if it printed out the same way or if it would go through and it just so happened that I picked the one with the lights and apple employee seen it and heard me and what I said clearly out loud about how scandalous and fraudulent and highly illegal this was of what  you doctored up to embezzlement of my money when and if I took you to court it didnt print out but I did screen shot it now let us look at that email that popped up in my way yesterday that I just hit send on cause I was in a hurry and needed it gone and your team replied asking for a response back about how I dealt about ********* service and then wanted me to sign in I am sure to explain why I gave the response I did to get details about what was dissatisfied  about tue service and then unable to sign in nor get a change in password sent to my email box after trying twice cause the password I set the week before with apple wasnt letting me in but it let me in last week to make the purchase of this code reader and bi was skeptical about making a per chase from  you because of being swindled out of money then       een shored it   Just as I believe included in the email from back in march when I just pushed it through and it popped up out of thin air and boy GOD WORKS IN MISTERIOUSLY WAYS for that to pop up and then me get a message from your department team asking how satisfied I was with ********* customer service and unable to log into my account  and then to see this email from  the BBB with your response sure is funny how GOD WORKS NOW ISNT ITI want to see this alleged abuse and I want full refunds on the iPad and insurance and you can place the claim seeing as to where I can not even get through to place it on a insurance policy I purchased it with and you can also full refund a payable ticket for apple to charge you seeing as I had insurances for there services and oh yeah provide the needed documentation with serial number of the computer purchased and Form of payment to them for unlocking it and transfering my stuff to my iCloud storage and wiping the computer and once my refund shows up on my card for full price on ***** cards the one the iPad is on for purchase amount and insurance purchase amount you can then place your own insurance claim on it being stolen since I could not and could not get in touch with them at all and you can also file your own insurance claim on the computer for reimbursement for what you have to pay apple for and even to get the documentation if you have to with the serial number on it because I know the insurance company will have it so you can get that from them and file a claim for what ever it cost you to pay apple to get into it and wipe it clean and send me the prepaid shipping label printable to print our and send back to you your computer after both my refunds show up on my two purchases where made on two different cards the computer through klarna with four payments I believe on discover card and I dont remember right off the top of my head which card I used on the iPad but you can find the account number of the card you charged and tell me the last four of the card number then I can call it and  wait for the refund to show up for the cost of the bundle and insurance plan and you might as well tack on $20 for the screen protector I had to buy out of pocket that I bought already once with the bundle but didnt even get the bundle in the full bundle only two pieces out of the five that where suppose to come all together then I got the case and the cord but a shattered screen protector with evidence of it documented and  sent in tk you to again carelessly package up two screen protectors for them that both where shattered again and four times I chatted in and also send pictures of the mailing packaging and date visible and then the screeen protectors that where around longer then a month that I got cut by them and then I decided F it and threw them away so the kids or the pets didnt get cut by them and called then sent my mom cause remember I have two broken ankles so sent her with the iPad putt to purchase it when the guy said they had one that would fit it and $20 is a rough estimate so you can also charge the insurance that I can not or even get in touch with for that as well and once those refunds are back on my cards I will stick your computer in the mail apple can help you set up with the serial number to the iPad a find me location monitor so if ever powered back up again it will notify you the address and location last powered up at within a twenty four hour time sensitive message and I will leave it in the locked mode for you just go ahead and Warsaw my information that the Warsaw has been pending and if or when they ever turn on again they will notify you of last location and buntil then insure it since I was not able to or even able to get into touch with the insurance department for the help needing rendered and then provide me proof of any more abusive mess then being ***** and not pushed around by your customer service rep and then try to act like she is the boss and I am a school boy you place a two hour window on to respond in or case closed with a not so nice tone and I returned the tone and didnt even and wasnt even able to see that message in that two hour time omit that sh I she placed on me do to test and imagining going on of my ankles that she is not my teacher judge ***** or exicutioner and nor is she going to tell me basically two hours your embezzling my money case closed not how it works and then you and someone that works for you fraudulently change receipt and ad shown so like I said GOD WORKS IN MISTERIOUSLY WAYS IN JUST THE WAY THIS PLAYED OUT AND II WILL BE OPENING ANOTHER CASE WITH THOSE SCREEN SHOTS AND THE ***** THAT JUST SO HAPPEN TO POP UP UESTERDAY IN MY WAY AND I sent it to get it out of my way and your team replies to it asking how ********** customer service  was and then I can not sign into my account that I could last week when ordered the code reader do you want a picture of it and the packaging it came in with your label on it?
