    Placed an order 12/30/25. Was given a shipping time frame of 1/7/25-1/10/25. Never came called asking were my order is and was given a time frame of sometime by the end of Jan.. I asked to cancel the order and they stated that they would intercept a shipment and send it to my address. Again I said cancel the order. So, all of the sudden my order was going to be shipped within the next couple of days, I stated again to cancel this order and refund my credit card. So 1/20/25 I get a call from their shipping company that they are trying to make a delivery, I told them I will not accept it. They said ok and that they will return it. A month later still no refund and they are stating that I have the product, it was delivered. Disputed with credit card company because they will not give me my money back. I have saved all their emails too.

    Ordered on 12/29/24 with a delivery date between 1/7 and 1/10/2025. Order number SD000012086 Order has not shipped yet and I have reached out via phone, email, and their IM bot on their page for an updated status with no response from any source. I don't believe this is a real company and found reviews online saying people waited months and never received their order and that there is no way to reach anyone. I have emailed asking to cancel my order for a refund also without response.

    I bought this machine with the promise it will work providing numerous and different workouts via a library within the machines network once connected to the internet. This product failed to arrived at the time it was scheduled to be at my house to start with, and once installed it only worked (1) time because now the machine does not connect to its network. I made several attempts via email, chat and phone number (which doesnt work by the way) and got no answer at all. I want this product that doesnt work out of my house at their cost and a full refund.

    I bought a Speediance gym monster after I was promised that they had everything in stock, the next day I was informed that they didnt have anything in stock and it ended up taking at least a month to get shipped out. When I addressed this to them I was promised free white glove delivery along with free accessories to keep my sale. I told them that I needed the white glove delivery because of my physical disabilities and that if I couldnt get it I would have to canal my order. They promised me that I would get it and not to worry. The day it got delivered it was dropped off in my front yard right before a rain storm. When I contacted them they told me they dont offer white glove delivery and that it was my fault that I didnt get it until I showed them that I saved my chat. After that I was promised it would be brought to the room it needs to be in. It has still not been moved, no one was sent out, I ordered this item back in April. I was promised a service they do not provide a they can get a sale. I also found out that on their ****************** page multiple prime are complaining about the same thing, meaning they are still promising this service they do not offer. On to of all this, the row machine I purchased with this has a manufactures defect and cannot be put together, it is also bent. I was promised a refund on return and that they would figure out how to get packaging to me so I can box it up to return it to them, I have still not heard anything in over a week and a half
