    I purchased the new year "family package" listed with free accessories on 01/04/25. When I purchased I was charged for the free accessories. I contacted their customer service representative and was told I should not have been charged and said I should not have been and needed to send email to obtain the refund. I received reply back saying customer service representative had told me I would not receive refund bc I accepted a first responder discount of 10%. I replied back saying this should not have mattered and their web site mentioned nothing of this. That was six days ago and I have yet to hear back and I likley won't. I come to find this is a chinese owned company with a office in **********. I've tried contacting them with with no response. The number given won't allow to leave a voice mail.I'd stay away from this company. I'm probably out of $3K and yet to receive fitness equipment.
