I lost my home due to foreclosure, the *************************, the New property owner& myself were all present on 9/6/2024. I was informed I had 14 days to retrieve my belongings left on the property. I went the following day 9/7/2024, 3 cars had been towed, 1 car moved onto the street from inside the ***************** area on the property by Divines Towing. I was retrieving my belongings when Divines returned to tow the last car that had been moved onto the street before I had arrived that day. I informed the tow operator I was the ********** was not towing the car. The tow operator advised he needed to make some calls, returned to his truck, stayed on location but did eventually leave with no further communication.I am the previous homeowner of the property, the new homeowner who took possession broke the law by disposing of my ******************************* my vehicles within 24 hours and since paid 30 days for storage & physically moved the remainder of my belongings into the storage facility.The cars could of been placed on the street or nearest parking facility but should not have been towed.Business Response

On 7/20/20** Divine H3**839383**031363038H corporation unlawfully towed and impounded Passenger van unlawfully without authority violating **************** law.H3**839383**031363038H and Impounding an unhoused families Domicile. The impound failed to meet it's obligation to follow notification and regulations pertaining to this incident. In conversation with their customer ********************************************* agent did reply to our inquiry the answers was it's the law if we didn't like it take it up with the law. So if we can't resolve this between us we will have to do as they have stated. This conversation was on or about7/24/20** On 7/**/20/20** called to attempt to surrender title to stop additional charges. A male agents response to the surrender was I quote ( I don't need you to get your f****ing title ****** then they disconnected the phone..I have emailed ****** H3**839383**031363038H multiple times about the H3**839383**031363038H and impound charges invocie# **** 7-2668 in the amount of ****** dollars.with a daily storage free of ***** dollars not including taxes or interest. This was also the required 24 hour notice which came by first class mail. Failed to reach us It arrived on 7/24/20**. The use of first class mail that does not release them of 24 notification because they intend to auction.. Received on7/28/20** invoice#**** ****7-26628 for ****** dollars with a daily rate of ***** dollars the agents of the two invoices first one was t Redmom and the second invoice was E ********. The vehicle is a green ***** Astro van.vin#***************** plateXBE978 ******. I'm am registration owner of record ************************************* ***********************************************************. *************************** is owner of record of sale. his Domicile was the van in discussion . **************** law prohibits the unlawful H3**839383**031363038H of a vehicle being used because of the unhoused.condition.. I was filling up gas in a company vehicle and they're automatic stop did not work on the pump I did not leave the vehicle unattended I was there with the pump it overflowed and got got me all wet with gas soaked. I had to get off shift to go home and get cleaned up I let the gas station know about the issue they told me that the automatic pump should be working and they went out to check it and confirm that it was not working this was exactly three Mondays ago from today date. I had a brand new pair of $140 running shoes on and a $50 pair of compression socks that I use for work I left the shoes in the car during a 70 day in ******* ********** I got them out midday and they had melted due to the gas still on them even though I tried to clean them. I want to be reimbursed for the shoes and the socks for a total of $200 as this was caused by the negligence at the pump for not having a working automatic stop as should be. I talked to the managers for 3 weeks straight they said they would connect me with the right person and never did I finally did talk to somebody in corporate the general manager I believe her name is ****** she refused to work with me and try to telling me that there is a reason there's a sign there about leaving the pump unattended and she said they are not responsible for anything and that there there was quote unquote a million things that could have made it malfunction she refused to take any accountability I tried to talk with somebody else she would not get anybody else on the telephone and said they would not help me.Business Response

Were very sorry to hear your shoes and socks were ruined but after investigating we do not feel were responsible for replacing them.
After receiving your phone call,we spoke with our store manager who ****** that while she was sympathetic and offered you paper towels, she absolutely did not say that our pump was not working. In the weeks since the incident occurred, we have not had any other incidents or complaints. When a nozzle fails it would continue to fail with each subsequent use and this has not been the case. We also sent our maintenance crew out to check the pumps and they were unable to find anything wrong.Our pumps are self-service. Failing to completely insert the nozzle all the way into the tank is one, common error, among others that can cause a gas spillage.
We're willing to offer a $100.00 Conoco gas card in good faith to split the difference.

My car was stolen from my house. I reported it stolen after weeks I thought it was gone. Took it off insurance. At 1 in the morning police called me they found it but I was sleeping so I was unable to answer. Devines towing than picked it up. Right when they opened at 8 I called. The person who answered was short and rude right from the beginning. I wasnt rude at all just sad. Cause they told me around 360 aready. I was devastated. I couldnt afford that I already missed work a lot because my car was stolen. I had to replace car seats and some other things, missed work. The whole thing had just been a horrible mess and I already struggle to get by as it is. How was I gonna come up with that much money? And than for the company to be so rude and treat me like calling them is a burden. I told them my story and there just like **** thats how much it is I dont know what to tell you. No compassion or patience at all. I know they are a business they need to make there money but there are plenty other instances they are def banking on dui or illegal Parking etc they make there money. In more than one location. Devines towing couldnt work with me cause its not my fault my car got towed. They couldnt even try and maybe answer the phone and have any good customer ********************** skills cause this is there job to answer the phone and speak for the company. I think it would look good for the company to be a decent human being and work with me I dont expect them to give my car back for free. I was hoping for maybe lowering it and letting me make payment and not charge me 66 a day due to circumstances. But the least they could do is have some compassion and try not to be so rude and short. Can you possibly work w me its over 700 now.Business Response

June 14, 2022-received a quote over the phone for a tow from ***** at $215 and I approved said quote.June 15, 2022- received tow and was charged $352. ($137 difference) Received no invoice or receipt. no notice of price increase or discrepancy. **** was automatically charged without discussion.June 16, 2022-called multiple times to discuss and dispute charges, was given no legitimate explanation and was dismissed and ignored.Business Response

First, I'd like to apologize for the delayed response. I am not receiving the emails notifying us of the complaint. Second, I'll apologize for the miscommunication and subsequent overcharge. Our dispatcher did quote you $215.00 + tax but she did not account for the return mileage from CDA. As this was our mistake, we have refunded you $118.09. This refund was done yesterday, 9/08/2022 when we became aware of the mistake (attached). Thank you for the business and again we apologize.
