      Set up an appointment for 8 a.m. July 18 to have owned set of 4 shocks installed on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. This appointment was set up with the new manager. When I asked about cost and time needed to complete I was told the price and possible time. I accepted this information, gave the manager my name as a past customer, and departed. When I showed up at exactly 8 a.m. on Thursday July 18, I was told my appointment was at 10 a.m. and had been scheduled by ***. I don't know any *** and told the Manager wearing a gray hat that he was the one that I spoke to and he set up the date and time. He was on the phone talking to someone and was also talking to **** was not able to sit for 2 hours and told the manager with the gray hat I could not wait that long and left.I told the manager that if he scheduled me for my appointment that he should write it down or record someway. It isn't a good sales practice to set up an appointment and then change it without notifying the customer. I am not sure this manager knows how to schedule or manage and wanted to blame his employee *** for the mistake. Not a good business practice or ethics in this regard. I will be working with another organization now.It should be noted that the previous manager was good. But this one with the gray hat is not. He should be propetly trained, should plan and organize his time and communication skills. ****'s daughters need to ckean this up so they don't have this problem again. My wife has been a customer of ********************** since the late 1960's when **** ran the station on ******** in *******.

      Divine corporations has not lived up to the BBB code of operation A very disappointed experience.. The towing division lacks fair and good ethics The unlawful use of the license and ******************** laws of the *******************. Towing of Domicile leaving owners no shelter loss of personal property including proof of ownership and vital resources Charging unlawful rated for redemption.

      The ******* ***************** contacted us to impound your vehicle.  We impounded your vehicle as they requested.  We followed all laws as defined in the ***** our contract with the **************** Patrol, and as a Registered Tow Truck Operator.  If you feel your rights have been violated you're able to contest the tow in court.  Please contact us to obtain the necessary paperwork to contest the tow.
