Ordered siding in the early summer, and the project wasnt started until late december/January. I was promised that it would be finished before snowfall. We had siding, fascia, soffit and 1 small window in the contract. In the contract, we were suppoae to have one window replaced. In the end we ended up replacing the window ourselves due to failure on their part to not follow the contract. Then at the end of Oct. we found out the siding hadnt been ordered yet. Next Now Remodleing tried to tell us thar we didnt order fascia and soffit. This issues was resolved. Next, the crew caulked our house in below freezing temps. When i brought up that this fact, I was blown off, even through the caulking label said otheriwse. They caulked the house anyways. The caulk that was placed during the freezing temps has already sepearted and there are gaps in numerous places. We had a list of things that needed to be fixed. They "fixed" them by covering them up with caulk. They covered up nails with caulk that shouldnt have been showing in the first place. Their cuts around our exterior lights were so off and again covered up with caulk after they left the job this way the first go around. The crew left a complete mess. It took 3 weekend for me and my husband to clean up after them. So now we are out $40,000 for a great siding, fascia *** soffit but a terrible instal job. Finally, we were suppose to have a walk through at the end of the project before closing. This didnt happen until we brought it up and were threatened with late charges for not "signing" off on the final paperwork. DONT USE NOW REMODELING!
