      I can't say enough great things about my experience working with ****** at Northwest Registered Agent! From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive.****** walked me through every step, including the NY publication requirement, and made sure everything was correctly.       You were right to be frustrated. That first call didnt sound like usand were sorry. We shouldve been clearer and more helpful, especially with a question as tricky as yours.
      After seeing your review, we took a closer look. Even though ***** rules and foreign registration arent something we officially advise on, one of our supervisors dug in, pulled together what he could, and sent it your way. We also offered a free year of service if you decide to work with usnot to win you over, but because we felt we owed you that.
      Whatever you decide, we really hope youre able to find the right path forward and get your business up and running without more headaches.

      Although I probably could have gotten my new business registered with NW Registered Agent's online sign-up services by myself, after reviewing their website (which is honest, candid, and indeed a bit sassy), especially the About Us sections, I decided to call them to work by-phone with one of their Corporate Guides (customer ********************** reps).Luckily, I got to work with ****** B, and she was indeed fantastic. She is highly capable, extremely helpful, fully professional, great sense of humor, and spot-on in helping me get my registration services set up just right. Super experience, ****** is a tremendous asset, and I'm lucky to have found this company to help me give birth to a new business entity.       I checked with several hosting companies. They all had one thing in common. They advertise low payment. For instance, Plan A $5.25 for the first month, then $17.25 from then on. But even if you didn't purchase any options, at check out the price is $186.00. This company is straight forward. No gimmicks and they do what they say they are going to do. I have talked to a few different people in this company and they are all SUPER friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this company. They are first class. Thanks for reading

      For someone who basically didn't know what he was doing in forming an LLC in ******** and was nervous about every step, I was rescued by *********. They made it happen seamlessly. I have no hesitation in recommending them without reservation!!! And they have great rates. What's not to love.
