Contacted (2/2024) that we have a balance owing in the amount of $158.26. Called to get clarification. Told we owed a balance for aeration, power raking ($71.15) and sprinkler system service call ($87.11). Back in 2022 we pre-paid for the aeration and power raking. Unfortunately, services were not completed in that year. We were overlooked. Called to confirm that the unused pre-paid balance can be used for 2023 for those two services. Now for some reason we have a balance owing? The sprinkler system service call dated 08/31/2023 was a result of their aerator machine puncturing the water line (per tech on the call) and should be no cost for us. I received the billing invoice on 02/20/2024 (per email). But, according to the person I spoke with at the office, if I had reported the issue earlier it would have covered but since it was a few months out, its our responsibility. Our sprinkler system is set to run at 10pm, if needed. I do not do walk-a-bout at that time of night. I did notice that the grass was a little dry a couple months out and then went and turned on that zone and discovered the issue. I have asked to speak to the Manager to try and resolve this issue with no response. We have been a loyal customer since they put in our sprinkler system about 10 years ago. Please advise me what I should do next. In the meantime, I have cancelled our service with C and C Yard Care. A very unhappy customer. What happened to customer service???
