    BEWARE!!!Never hire or work for this company!!!!They are shysters!!! They take advantage of elderly people. They fraudulently charged my Mothers business after she passed away. The have been taking advantage of her since 2022. The have no integrity or heart. Terrible ruthless scabs!!!! 0000 stars

    First off, my condolences on the loss of your mother.  She was a hard-working entrepreneur that will be missed.

    I'm sorry that you feel we are taking advantage somehow.  We have had a contract to remove snow for the past 10 years at your mother's daycare.  We have kept things safe for the kids, parents and staff.  In return ***** always took care of payment to us.  This season was no different.  Please feel free to reach out and let me know why we shouldn't be paid for the work that we were hired to do.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH C & C YARD CARE. They set you up with a service one time then they take it upon themselves to continue the service, even when you told them to cancel. They miss appointments and are hard to reach by phone. Phone voicemails are never followed up. We have asked them numerous times to spray our yard when we are home (because of our animals) and even though I am home at 2:30 in the afternoon, it is just too inconvenient for them. We finally "tried" to cancel our service, which we thought that by talking to the gal that works there that this was done. Apparently not. Someone aerated our yard yesterday without our permission. Now they are going to do our Sprinkler System next week without our permission once again. Go with someone else that cares about the customer!

    I am sorry that ************************* is so upset about our service.  In reviewing the account I see that she has been a client for two years.  We have provided lawn treatments, sprinkler maintenance and lawn aerating.  All of our maintenance services are set up as a continuous service and as such they repeat each season until cancelled.  This is stated on our proposal documents and on our renewal letter that is sent out every spring.  To cancel all that we need is a phone call, text or email from the client.  We show several text messages to and from the client over the last two years.  There was no text to cancel service.  There was no email to cancel service.  And we have no record that the client called to cancel service before the aerating was completed.  In addition, we mailed a post card as a reminder that we would providing the aerating service on April 8th.   We have upheld our end of the agreement and should be paid for the services completed.

    All services on the account at ***** E 26th have now been canceled.   If ************************* agrees to remove her poor review on ****** and the BBB we will waive the $100.62 charge for the aerating service.
